"I just read David M’s review and couldn’t agree more. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Lulú, Soleil, and maintenance . They make you feel at home, and they genuinely care. The gated community aspect and washer/dryer in the unit were fantastic conveniences. Rent has gotten extremely expensive in Orlando, and having to pay this very expensive price for a 1/1 was my only means of surviving and not having to be in a bad neighborhood. I could not really afford to live here , but i’m grateful that Lulú and Soleil put up with me for so many late payments. I was not very happy that on top of rent, I would have to pay 50$ for a fob/key just to use the pool. And unless I understood wrong, that was money i wouldn’t get back once the lease was done. I was very frustrated that on top of 1500$ rent I couldn’t use the pool, since I didn’t want to pay 50$ just for a fob. As David mentioned in his review, the quality of tenants had gone down in his opinion. I noticed some obnoxious hood type people as well, who would blast music at times (not too frequently) and just didn’t have pleasant mannerisms. I am not a stuck up individual, I don’t judge off of money at all, but I do off of behavior. I don’t hold this against the office though, because I’ve never encountered sketchy people in my life like I have in the city of Orlando- it’s not really avoidable lol. Used to live in Miami and the people were far less problematic than citizens of Orlando . Besides these frustrations I just described, it was still a pleasant community. The units are nice and clean, the grounds are well kept, and office is friendly. Part of town is close to everything as well- very central. Lulu and Soleil are very kind and do their best to make you feel at home. I could see them working at exclusive, royalty resort type housing one day. Maybe Abu Dhabi. They have good hospitality. I suggest corporate be more like them and less soulless money robots. Rent is due between the 1st and 5th, and 3 days past that you will receive an eviction notice. Seemed a little early"

"I had a very good experience at Dover Gardens. The community was calm, nice and clean. My apartment was in a great condition. Ernie and Lulu were always attentive and kind to me. The maintenance team was professional and fast to fix any issues. It was a great place that I will miss!"

"Dover garden is very peaceful and enjoyable place to live, the staff and maintenance are most helpful. Property management Ernie & Lou Lou are very professional, and pleasant people. I would recommend Dover community to anyone that want an environment that’s clean, friendly, professional, and the landscape holds the most serene atmosphere. It’s in the best location to shopping and recreation. Choose Dover Gardens as your new home and you will enjoy coming home to a beautiful and peaceful place to live."

"I have lived at Dover Gardens for quite some time now and it is a wonderful complex to live in. The grounds are well maintained, the office staff is very friendly and professional, and the maintenance workers are prompt. If you are looking for a peaceful neighborhood with great convenience to accessing highways, restaurants, the airport, shopping centers, malls, and great school zones this is where you want to be. The manager, Ernie, has done a wonderful job with upgrades both inside each home as well as the beautification around the property. Definitely a place to call home sweet home. :)"
