My husband and I’s favorite spots to hang out on weekends are the cabanas and the waterfront dock. Oh and the heated pool is a major plus! The staff is so friendly and nice and we love all the cool weekly/monthly events they put on for us residents. Everyday (when it’s nice out lol) feels like you’re on vacation in the islands somewhere. #ResortLiving Would 100% recommend!"

"My wife and I recently moved to this community and we have had a great experience so far! We recently had an issue with our stovetop and John and the maintenance team came the very next day (we reported on a Sunday night), investigated everything and then replaced our entire unit. He and the team have been very helpful , kudos to them!"

"My first review was 5 starts because Place is stunning beautiful, well maintained, and maintenance guys are amazing, Luis is the best but management is HORRIBLE! We moved when Bainbridge was in charge and everything was almost perfect but new management is just HORRIBLE! . Packages are constantly being stolen from the mailing room, almost every weekend the pool area is crowded with huge parties, drunk people, dog park is used to play soccer, people smoke in the patios:balconies and management do nothing about it! They just send a massive email and that’s it!. We lived there for a year and. NEVER payed the rent late but 1 month we payed late for 3 DAYS, yes, 3 DAYS, and they sent us an eviction notice, because we were 3 days late. Is that even legal? Apartments are beautiful but the noise from the neighbors is unbearable, specially from above neighbors. We could hear everything, conversations, snores, and many other disturbing things. We complained several times and management did nothing! When you do the initial tour, they’re amazing but wait to live there and you will see their real faces!"
