"Pros: Close to everything (Mall, airport, supermarkets, schools, restaurants, and servicing) Affordability. Rent in this community is relatively lesser than other apartments. Cons: Buildings are old and proned for structural damage. Thin walls make outside noise clearly audible within the units. Subpar structural division between pipes and walls, which causes leaks and subsequent mold. Outdated appliances. Replacements involve same or older models. Roaches. Due to the nature of units being closely adjointed - your neighbors cleanliness affects your unit as well. Bed bugs. Multiple buildings and units throughout the community have a history of bed bugs. Property is aware and will pin treatment costs on unaware new residents. Because management will only treat affected units instead of the building as a whole, theres always a possibility of a treatment being unsuccessful. This means bed bugs can resurface or be pushed to adjointing units within the building. Maintenance workers posses below average skills, resulting in sloppy fixes and/or unresolved issues. They also have a habit of downplaying concerns to circumvent legitimate fixes. Specific buildings and units closer to Winegard road will be proned to vandilism and property damage by students from Winegard Elementary school. They will also be affected by parking availability as the school parents have designated the community as a pick up and drop off zone for their children. Residents may be proned to break-ins and/or car theft. Florida is pro public records and reported cases regarding the above can be accessed by people to self-inform. No community structural division. Greenwich Apartments is not fenced or private. This allows for non residents to loiter on community property both on foot or in cars."

"I was a little hesitant about moving here because it is not exactly in a 5 star area and the reviews that I read were not great....but after being here for over 1 year, I am happy that I chose to move here. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with a fenced in back yard and only pay $1000 monthly....you cannot beat that. I did just renew my lease and they went up on me $30 but I can live with that. Everything was clean and new when I moved in from the flooring to the paint. Maintenance has always been quick to help with anything that I need and front office staff are super helpful....my AC broke a few months back and the very next day I got a whole new unit installed. Also, contrary to other reviews, not once have I had any problem with bugs....routine pesticide service is included in rent and provided by the professional pest control company "Massey" so I am not sure why other renters would have issues with bugs. Neighbors are friendly and stick to themselves....my little girl instantly made friends with a hand full of very nice kids in our section. The only problem that I have had is with my connecting neighbors playing music so loud that I can clearly hear it through the walls but once I politely talked to them about it, there were no further issues. Overall, it is a great family oriented place to move if you are looking for the best value."

"I lived here for about 2 years. I am a college student, so the rent cost wasn't bad. I was very lucky to be able to get the apartment. I lived with a roommate, so the spacing was very convenient. Office representatives we're absolutely amazing, my only complain would be that the buildings were old. Walls and cabinets were worn out, and maintenance takes a while to complete your requests, along with repetitive problems, for instance our air conditioning kept leaking into our carpet and hallway. But overall, for my age and my financial stress at the moment, I got the best out of the situation. You get what you pay for. Definitely recommend this place for first timers in getting their own place who are not looking for any luxury. At the end of the day office representatives we're genuine and trying their best to help you out."
