"Love this apartment! Very close to airport- you can hear planes but not too bad. At night there are less planes so less noise. The property is kept very clean and nice. The maintenance staff is very attentive and quick. The front desk staff is also very helpful and nice. My apartment, is awesome and has a lot of nice features. The building has a nice gym, wine bar, pool, car washing station, and valet trash. I highly recommend! You key in to the building so it also feels very safe. You can find most restaurants and key chains nearby which is great too. There are a couple restaurants in walking distance which is really nice. The building itself is not very loud which is great. Also they have good rent prices and not too many additional fees. All the outside vendors for monthly fees are very easy and helpful to work with!"

"I would give The Addison Gateway a solid 10/10 for the phenomenal team they have. They provide a great experience and are always willing to help no matter what. Super accommodating, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to take care of the residents. They genuinely do care about your best interests. It’s a great community and the location can’t be beat. If you travel often, the airport is literally across the street. Restaurants are walking distance. 528, the Turnpike, and 408 are all close by. I really enjoyed the events they host as well! It will all be missed. If you’re looking to rent here, you’ll be well served. Thank you all at Team Addison, you are all the best!"

"I applied for this nice community but I’ve decided to go with another place due to being told and emailed different quotes for the same exact floor plan. It’s also very challenging to contact the office. Lack of communication and lots of inconsistencies with the application process. I’ve had a much smoother and organized application process with another community."

"I LOVE THIS PROPERTY!!! I went to take a look at this property and was given a tour by Anthony. Anthony was very well educated on what we were looking for. I had spoken to him and his Assistant Manager Amber prior to going to visit, and they were very straight forward, which I love!
