"Well even though I didn’t end up getting an apartment just yet, the customer service of the staff was incredible. Thank you to Tegan and Natalie. You two were amazing. I appreciate everything you did for me. From the showing me around to the answering of all the questions I had. The staff made it easy to see why Bainbridge is a wonderful place to live. The apartments we looked at were stunning as well. Everything was so clean and nicely presented. We were offered drinks and shown all the amenities they had to offer. I have nothing but the best experience and once I’m ready I plan to come back! Thank you again so much! Appreciate all the time and care that went into making us feel already so welcome!"

"Update- As of today if I could give this place less than 1 star I would my car got broken into the a couple days ago. I have made plenty noise complaints and the managers up front refuse to do anything. They told us to follow every step and document everything which we did and when we did everything right they basically gave us the run around for months and then told the people above us they can continue to make as much noise as they want. The apartments are nice but that’s it and how much we pay in rent you would think there would be gates and cameras facing the parking lots! I’m leaving as soon as my lease is up! Very nice apartment! I’ve been here for about a week and a half and my only complaint is the spiders in the hallways and in my apartment. When I first got her they were everywhere. But maintenance is always here the next day after you put in a request !"

"This complex apartments should be smoke free and pot free. No one of these is real. My main complaint is people on this building are smoking weed all day long. I could not enjoy my balcony with my family because of this. The odor is so pervasive. I talked this several times with the management . However , it's still occurring."

I am very lucky that you were the one who helped me in my entire rental process for my apartment. I would like to thank you for being there every time I needed something, for all your recommendations and useful suggestions that helped me too much... and more than anything, thank you for being understanding and affectionate, and for adding some humanity to the work you are doing so well.
