"I have been living here for over 5 yrs now. I love living here due to easy commute access to many stores. The rooms are very spacious with it's own private bathrooms. The manager Oscar is very nice and professional. I have never had an issue with him. Whenever I place a maintenance request, it gets taken care within two working days. I have found myself many occasions being late with my rent due to postal delays and some unforseen circumstances. Oscar worked with me every time so eviction won't be needed. Thanks to him I'm still living here. Sometimes we all fall on hard times. Thanks Oscar for trusting in me and being very professional at the same time."

"Maintenance and apartments conditions needs to be improved and communication, I see maintenance all day roaming around on carts but never fix much of anything I requested. Too much trash and Dog poop everywhere. Need trash picked up maintenance just walks past."

"Management is awesome. Property is quiet. Apts are a good size for a 2 bdrm.but the kids have no sense of respect outside. They stomp up and down the stairs and scream outside your windows, and the parents don't care that it's disturbing the neighbors that work."

"The manager is nice. But not a fan of the quality of the apartments, inside or out. I moved into a dirty apartment, terrible paint job, couldn't open doors or cabinets cause their painted shut. Major roaches. Told the manager, they were supposed to spray...Haven't yet. This place needs a serious makeover. Definitely not worth the amount of rent I pay."
