"Josephine is the worst manager ever that Apartment ever have. She has no knowledge as a manager. She raised her voice to all residents whenever she feel! I’ve been living here for 8 years, it was best apt until we met that de respectful manager. She tried to kick every old resident to replace them to her relatives. Since now her husband work also at this apartment. Now I m a victim of a fire, I was forced to move, because the units with 3 bedrooms she offered me, she tried to save it herself to move. Live me in the streets with my 4 kids looking for shelter. After loosing everything in that fire, she offered me $1500 and told me that’s a big help. Where she learn to be a manager! When she’s talking to you her voice tons is enough for you to get out! She doesn’t deserved to be a manager."
