"I will leave a review here about what our family encountered. Firstly, when you rent an apartment, you have in mind that cockroaches will live with you, which will always be near you, the management of the apartments sends services from which there is no result and you will have to poison the insects on my own, and I’ll add one more thing, you might think that I don’t take good care of the cleanliness in the house, this is not true, there are cockroaches in the neighboring house of our friends and not only. The gates located at the entrance also often break down, the code for the entry of guests does not always work, which is why we also had to contact the managers. Inflated cost of housing."

"Read the reviews before signing a lease! I lived there for 3 years, and as others have said since the change to Morgan Properties the apartment complex has become run down. The apartment itself is very old and dark. Appliances are antiquated. Lots of noice from the neighbors that live outside the complex. No high-speed internet options available. Gym is run down and lacking basic equipment, with some of the machines being out of service for over a year. With a similar price you can find much newer and better apartments. When moving out they will charge crazy cleaning fees, like $25 to clean the microwave!"

"I chose the location, because proximity to the beach,. By bike, you can have your toes in the sand in 15 minutes. And We have a bike share on property, which I take advantage and ride down to the beach for sunrise sometime. I definitely recommend it ! If prefer to get your workout in indoors, the gym is nice with windows that look over the pool. Some of the equipment probably could be updated though, if I’m being honest. But there’s a lot of variety. If there are Any issues I can always count on Melissa in the leasing office to make sure that it gets taken care of. My maintenance requests have always been straightened out within a couple hours. I feel like they have a genuine concern for the residence. But what about the neighborhood you ask? overall, it’s pretty quiet, We have a nice mix of families, retirees, and young professionals and everyone says hello while out walking or relaxing by the pool."

"The lack of wifi options makes the working from home experience awful. I have pest control come by every other week and it does nothing for the bug problem. The dog park is one of the best I’ve seen, as long as they’re maintaining it. The location is awesome."

"I’ve moved from Pennsylvania without knowing the area. The staff at seagrass is amazing. Melissa is a great manager! Natasha, Janet and the entire office team is friendly and responsive. I have to mention Greg and his ground keeping team as they do an amazing joe (see pictures below). I am very happy at Seagrass!"
