"The place has holes on the side of the building and trash just sitting by the dumpster for weeks. Not to mention it's an old bed which could have bed bugs and infest the apartments that are near the dumpsters."

"Apartments in AND outside are truly misleading, the ROSELYFE management is truly making this community worse as the months go by. Maintenance just leaves appliances on the curb, they fired the last management team but I definitely think it was a mistake they at least they cared. WORSE MANAGEMENT WORSE MAINTENANCE. They let me move in when my apartment wasn’t even ready. If you are looking for a affordable place at the beach I recommend somewhere else this company will make you promises they cannot commit too.water heaters being left outside in the parking lot from fridges on the sidewalk and multiply buildings/tenets sharing only 1 dumpster and it being constantly full throughout the week and don’t even get me started on the broken glass in the grass so if you have pets it’s not very ideal."

"I lived here currently moving out due to them not fixing the ac for two weeks and still going the dryer vent leaks into the unit windows are sealed shut with screws and caulk you can not ever get ahold of the front office won’t show up for maintenance request trash and toys everywhere would not recommend moving here."

"I have a welcome letter from Bell partner management INC but I did not hear from anyone at the property after that. I went there and the customer lady told me the new management “ROSELYFE” doesn’t know anything about my lease contract. Today one week before the move they do not respond to my calls and emails. Please be responsible and responsive to all the people that have issues with this property management."

"Its cheap but stay indoors after sundown. It's on you to have enough street smarts if you want to live here."
