They give rates way better than hotels, especially for longer stays. You are given not just a cramped room, a fully furnished apartment/condo. With me being immune compromised, we do watch for cleanliness and easy accessibility. We’ve been staying with them for years.. everyone from the owners to the sweet ladies in the office, they make us feel like family. You get a full kitchen with all, which is great as I have special diet restrictions. W/D in your room, no need for costly and not always clean laundry areas. Every property we’ve had the pleasure of staying on top of the fully furnished room, you have a private balcony, there are car wash stations, pet care stations, full gyms, areas outside with grills, pools, tv. , along with covered seating, walking trails. And, if needed EV charging stations. All communities are gated and key card security access to get into property which makes you feel better about safety. There have been times Mayo has called me in for early visits and EVERY TIME they have been able to work us in with a smile and we are thankful. My wife always says this part of our two day trip to Mayo from our home state of AR is her fave part because they handle everything and it’s one less thing for her.
