"As of right now, The Weldon Apts is doing better. Hopefully the landlord Dean we have, will be here a while longer than any other LL we've had in the last three years. Yes crime happens but this is the world we live in. THANKS to the activities director for standing firm on her words. Do I have problems? Of course I do. Yet, we stay on each other toes to get the work done. The only thing y'all can do is give The Weldons a try. Thx in advance"
"My daughter has lived at one of their apartment for over a year and for the last 10 months her ac and heat had been broken . They sent one person out to look at it in the beginning and this person never even came up to her apartment. She has a child under 1 in that home and as of now is freezing literally and no one cares . You can’t reach them by phone and they are not in the office hardly ever. It is a shame that our city is paying the majority of the income based apartments yet they are allowing an infant to be left in extreme heat and cold . I would NOT Recommend this company for ANYONE to move into."
