"Been living here for almost 3 years. Since we moved here none of the appliances were replaced. They’re all old, turning colors and has a cracked. Mentioned it before to the management but they can’t replace unless it’s broken. The stove that we’re using had only one temp, it’s only med high. There’s no low or high! But the main issue right now that we’re having is the ac unit. 2 months we’ve been telling them there’s a water leaking from the ac unit. Once they send the maintenance they only vacuum the water and never fix the problem. They gave us a bucket as well so whenever it’s filled up with water we have to empty it out. Every day every 4 hours we have to emptied the bucket that fills with water! We been paying almost $1800 every month and this is not right!"
