"I put a deposit down for this place and I even provided my bank statement per request. I was given the runaround about apartment being available one month & come to found out the apartment not available. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody."

"Management is not ever around. Nothing ever gets taken care of. Have been asking to have things repaired for 3 years now that have still not been fixed. Piss poor excuse for maintenance and management. I had electrical issues that caused our refrigerator to stop working one weeknight and when I called the emergency maintenance number and was told that he would come out and look in the morning. He refused to come that night to fix the issue. My husband had to plug our refrigerator into a generator to keep from wasting all of our food. Completely horrible complex!"

"Very slow to respond to maintenance request. Apartments are not very well maintained. Kids from the neighboring neighborhood wonder though the complex and steal your yard decorations. The laundry room is not properly maintained. Very hard to get hold of management when need. Place is ok if you need a place to stay for a week or two. I would never recommend this place to any one."

"I needed some info on their apartments. I called 4 times on different days and at different times, left 2 messages. Never heard from these people and gave up after 3 days"
