"I was searching for a New apartment when I found Jefferson square had an apartment available. I spoke with Kelly the manager who was super honest and had amazing customer service. She kept me updated ever step of the way. Because there was issue verifying rental history the process took a little longer, But she did not give up trying. I have never had someone willing to go the extra mile when she could have clearly rented the unit to someone else quickly. These apartments were the very first apartments I live in 27 years when I moved to Orange Park. Kelly really deserves more than a 5 for service. Thanks for all you do. You are Amazing."

"My husband and I were looking for a place to live in Orange Park, Florida for cheap! But we wanted something super clean! Initially we were not approved to live in these apartments due to our poor credit score (we were working on "damage control" of our credit)... we were shocked! These apartments are located in a lower income area, and certainly not what we considered one of the nicer areas like the ones we had already been renting/living in. In fact, we were very hesitant to move into the area to begin with. Despite what our current credit score looked like, it did not tell the whole story about us, especially in our case, and besides the fact, I am super picky about where my family and I live! Kelly is the apartment manager, and she wanted a good tenant. Who could blame her, right? Well, her first call like I said was a denial. A couple of days went by and I could not just accept her denial response to our application, so I decided to call her back to see if there was anything we could do to get into one of her apartments. Kelly was super nice, very professional, as well as personable. I was just open and honest with her.... And.... she was able to approve us! There were some conditions, and promises we had to make, but we were more than happy to oblige. We moved into one of the units she had available - which happened to be fully renovated due to an unfortunate fire that required a full renovation. The apartment was small, but had tall vaulted ceilings, new appliances and a very modern kitchen. The apartment was beautiful! What in the beginning was not exactly where we wanted to be, turned out to be a nice little place we called home. The cheap rent was what we needed at the time, and it enabled us to get back on our feet, and ahead. We loved our neighbors, everyone in the surrounding area was very nice... we miss them! The neighborhood was very quite, we never had any issues with theft, or virtually any kind of problem for that matter. Kelly always answered our calls, if we ever needed anything she was quick and efficient. They sprayed every month, the landscaping was maintained regularly, we never had any maintenance issues. I loved it here! If I had to do it all over again.... I would!"
