"Do not bring your pets here. There was broken glass in the hallway from the Safelite Windshield replacement employees. Evidently, housekeeping does not vacuum the hallways! The refrigerator does not work. Maintenance man Robert, switched it out with another one that doesn't work. I made due by constantly changing out bags of ice. " Thank God!" the ice machine down the hall does work. Missed breakfast 2 mornings out of 7, because the kitchen is unable to keep up with guest volume. Also, hope you love sausage, they only Serve bacon 1 day a week! Update, happened this morning.. On Sunday Monday and Tuesday of this week, the dining hall continuously ran out of eggs. Omelets. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. I finally went to the hotel manager about it on Tuesday. Today on Wednesday. I was a accostted in the dining hall by the young girl who was talked to by the manager yesterday. " I had just commented to another guest about the bacon, because today was bacon day! The young girl walked by and said something smart " You have your eggs today, sir!" I replied " nice that you did your job today." Her Mommy, who is also a manager here at this hotel exploded out of the kitchen and verbally accosted me In front of several guest saying, "How dare I speak to her daughter like that." I mean full on mental blow out! Shouting and screaming at me. Guess she didn't hear her ride daughter speaking to a guest that way, when I had never said anything to the girl other than that 1 response to her rudeness. I will not stay at Hampton Inn and suites again or any Hilton affiliate. I have had nothing but troubles here. The entire freakin time from the refrigerator not working to broken glass in the hallway, for my pet to walk on to breakfast, not being ready several days in a row. Then being accosted in the dining hall by an overprotective manager. That should not be working with her daughter for just this reason! The empty platitudes here on Google, from the hotel's General Manager " April Erstad" were literally posted 2 days into my stay, I stayed there another 5 days, and she made no effort to correct those issues, all of which were brought up to front desk employees. Instead, during checkout, she told me, I shouldn't have stayed so long! So much for giving them the opportunity to make things right."

"Excellent hotel! I've stayed here several times. Staff is very professional and courteous, room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious! That coffee is really good! ❤️☕️. I absolutely recommend this hotel."

"We stayed here overnight as we were taking our dog to a specialist. They were conveniently located near the Dr. office and, thankfully, they allow pets. Motel is super pet friendly. Everyone was very nice, including the other guests. The rooms appeared clean, but clearly had some evidence of pet stains on the flooring. We had another issue with the bedding that was quickly addressed by the staff. Their beds are very comfortable. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again with my family and dog."

"1st time at this hotel. Mia at the front desk was the absolute best....super cordial, helpful, and professional. The room was nice, BUT the carpet floor needs to be deep cleaned, not just vacuumed....after showers are feet got really dirty after walking around...Thank you for a quiet stay."

"We found bed bugs in the crease of the fabric headboard. Luckily we had just arrived and went right back down stairs for a refund and were able to move to another hotel. I wish I had searched the reviews prior to coming, as there are a few others who've left reviews about them having bed bugs as well. Had I known that I never would have stepped foot inside the place. Our sons soccer team booked a block of rooms for a tournament and we just went in blind. We won't ever make that mistake again. Always read reviews and thoroughly search the beds/rooms before bringing your things inside."
