"I was considering applying with this development. Because online the property looks amazing. The pool and gym which is a must if you have kids and want to stay in shape. I decided to ride past property after seeing reviews online. The pool is disgusting, I saw blue tarp on roof. Obviously roof damage as one person stated on here. It's a shame because I believe it was once a nice place. But I can't even consider this place. Seeing is actually believing. And I saw enough to know that it is a definite not interested at all. For any apartment seekers always ride past a property before committing to paperwork online."

"The apartments that I live in is very spacious well kept together. The complex is very clean anything that’s broken, gets fixed immediately by the maintenance company."

"UPDATE: Read the bad reviews those are the honest ones.. They won't give me my security deposit back. They lost my move in sheet and are charging me for carpet replacement for stains that were there upon move in. I've sent them video proof and they will not return my security deposit Honest review from a resident. There are So many reports on them.. Place is roach infested. The infestation is heavy in the kitchen. We pay a portion out of rent for pest control yet they never come. Work orders keep getting marked as completed yet nothing ever gets done. Been locked out of my mailbox two times  because they randomly changed the locks. Bought keys from post office that ended up not working (twice) Ac was broken for 3 months and when I went for the 4th time to the office to try to get it fixed because work orders were being marked as complete the manager yelled at me and said I was disturbing their lunch break at 2pm. Our apartment was at 90 degrees during July with no ac. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived at in my entire life. The price of rent is too much for the stuff you have to deal with by living here. Also when I first moved in the apartment was disgusting had stains all over the carpet and not cleaned I had to hire my own cleaners for it because they don't hire cleaners they have the maintenance guys clean the apartments after move out, the same maintenance guys that don't even fix stuff in the apartment... Moved out and now they're trying to charge for carpet replacement even though I told the manager day one that the carpet was stained upon move in and she physically saw it herself."

"No maintenance in a timely manner. Their dealings with tenants seemed to get worse as time went by. Outside of the buildings are falling apart. False advertising for a pool and gym that they cant seem to maintain. The gym is used as a storage and the pool is closed by the health department. These amenities are the reason they can charge more for rent. The parking is terrible. I moved (Oct) out and left a clean apartment and still haven't received one penny of my security deposit. No one ever answers the phone. Try calling before you fill out an application online. A portion of the deposit was returned."

"LOOK AT THE REVIEWS. This place is a scam. You will not get your security deposit back. They made my security deposit price be 1050 dollars and normally it is 650 but they made mine so high so they could use it to replace carpet that a previous tenant stained. They will overcharge you and mark your work orders as completed. Listen to the reviews giving them 1 star. You may think because the rent is cheap you will save money but they add on extra charges and also charge you even more upon move out. They target people that don't have a lot of money because they don't have the money or time to get a lawyer but this place needs to be sued and shut down. Im sure they will reply to this with a generic message telling me to email them but I have several times they are SCAMMERS. The response given to this review is inaccurate. Tell me how the new place I moved into didn't require a security deposit from me because my credit score is at 800 and laurel grove is the only place that has ever charged me this amount?"
