"Apt is cute, but was not clean. Behind washe r and dryer was full of dust, the closet for water heater full of dust, floors not clean I found a needle on the floor..the stove grease extractor needs to be replaced and so the dryer filter and oven door rubber. Balcony was not clean either. Found a lamp that was replaced inside the dishwasher. Very disappointing that they charged 155.00 for moving out cleaning and do such poor work."

"I really wish I didn’t have to renew to lease for another year all the add ons to your rent are ridiculous!! This same 1 bedroom is not worth my rent totaling out to 1331 and change. If you choose to do a lease fulfillment and renew they make you pay again for another term. Walls thin you hear everything from your windows front door like you’re outside. It’s a lot I can say but I’ll leave it at this. No roaches at least I guess… never had a problem with office staff here."

"Sadly, my child and his family haven't been able to live in their apartment for the last two weeks because of the horrible roach infestation. They have two young children one with asthma and another that has rsv and the roach issue has only made things worse. There are holes in the ceiling where they are also coming through. The problems aren't being addressed in a timely manner and yet, they still take that rent. Get it together, folks!!"

"You can find better places. My complaints for this place will be lengthy. Please read to the end. My family and I lived in this residence for two years. The first nine months was good. The pool was nice in the backyard. We met some nice neighbors. the problems began with when the property changed owners, our mailbox was damaged to where if we wanted to collect our mail. We had to go to the office to collect it which means if you start work early like myself in and work late, you were not able to get your mail because you had to collect your mail before the office closed, which was quite inconvenient. The neighbors that resided beside us. They were young teenage women who, like to party, made loud noises and had no regards to their other neighbors . They started to become verbally confrontational and almost physically confrontational with my wife, because we ask them nicely to stop with the loud noise at all times of the night. They would have friends over who broke beer, bottles, and liquor bottles in the hallway, leaving glass where other people can step on and hurt themselves. There was another neighbor that moved in who is a domestic violence case who allowed her abusive boyfriend who came over, causing confrontations vandalizing the property, assaulting his girlfriend, to where the police came multiple times looking for this person. I walked out of my home at 5:30 in the morning to be greeted by armed police officers with guns drawn in formation, looking for the suspect. The pool in the back became inhabitable you weren’t able to use it. The water was murky green and looked like patient zero for gonorrhea died in it. Another neighbor in the building adjacent to us, threaten my wife in front of my kids with physical harm, then proceeded to try and locate where my family resided and threaten my wife again until I confronted the gentleman, because my wife was living in fear that this person was going to attack her every time she walked out to her car. I have had more than 15 cop cars posted in front of my building a number of times over this past year, we brought our concerns to the management, where it became evident that they dismissed our concerns as if they were unimportant, I don’t know if every building had the same problems or any type of problems that I’ve had to experience in the property. These are my opinions of the property and its management. The only good thing I can say about this place was it the maintenance guys were nice, courteous, respectful if there was a problem with the apartment they made sure to address it in a timely manner. That is the only good thing I can say about the place. The property management sent me an email to rate my experience. I was going to be honest and give them a poor rating soon as I clicked on terrible rating the link will not permit me to continue because it goes to show they don’t want bad reviews but they can’t control Google, so I’m a give them a horrible review ."
