"Lori is useless !! Gives you the complete run around !! And they lose peoples rent payments they have lost mine!! And several other of my neighbors it’s sketchy !! Definitely getting a lawyer !! Lori picks favorites and with 1 person she will say something else than to another person she’ll add charges !! Funny how when you talk to the neighbors the same nonsense is happening !! The trash over flow is downright a health hazard !!I’ve been complaining since I moved in about the electrical issues in my apartment and the fact that my sink leaks!! Nothing is being done!! But I swear that when I plug stuff in the apartment smells like an electrical fire!! And it sparks !! I want to know where my “missing” rent payment is and why I’m still being charged for the “missing” rent who pocketed my money !! My lawyer is having a field day that’s for sure!! Eddie and the maintenance crew is a joke they never get anything accomplished!! I’ve been complaining since day 1 that I’ve been having electrical issues and other things !! They put in a work order than write it off as being done without ever doing anything!! My rent is 1420 a month !! Yet !!! Tell me why with all of the none sense chargers it’s closer to 1500!! The math ain’t mathing !!!"

"This place is the worst. Completely unsafe for kids (no sidewalks for when the kids get off bus, the playground needs to be fixed and there are rusty nails all over the property) and good luck getting a maintenance request handled ive had the same issues for 8 months that they still wont fix. Their employees like to go into the units when youre not there and steal (told to me by an employee) and the office worker lori really enjoys not doing her job and sitting playing solitaire till she thinks someone is coming. The premises are disgusting and always filled with garbage and the only place thats clean surprisingly is their leasing office."

"Our experience here has been a nightmare. I don't even know where to begin. Little things like pest problems, "landlord special" paint jobs, overflowing trash, no sidewalks and sketchy lighting on the property make it feel unsafe, the washing machine makes our clothes dirtier, etc. WORST of it is the office lacks communication; we are living here without a lease because of "techinal issues" that have been going on for months, and the one person we negotiated our lease with all of a sudden doesn't work here anymore and left before we got anything taken care of and now we're just getting the runaround. Perhaps I should say we signed a lease for specifications we didn't agree to under the pretense we were re-signing our previous lease because it somehow disappeared. Getting a lawyer involved asap."

"Rent at your own risk. Over-charging for being a "luxury" apartment complex when it's not. Keeps charging us random stuff. Making things more complicated than it needs to be. Employees not doing their job. Not picking up the phone or answering emails unless you go into the office. Takes forever to get back to you or fix the problem."

"I relocated from Seattle to Orange Park and Cheyenne was incredible throughout the entire process. She’s very personable and eases the stress of moving, especially cross-country. When I arrived, I realized I wasn’t fond of the apartment I chose online and Lori was extremely accommodating, and switched me to a different unit right away. I was still able to move in the same day! I am very grateful for them - thank you for everything! So far things are quiet and the neighbors are super friendly. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
