"I wish I could give a negative 10 the way this apartment complex takes your money with absolutely no consideration, since moving in on June 2023, Not only did they change my apartment number the day of picking up the key which caused me service trasfer fees, the apartment they gave me has pipes that are leaking, they never found the washer and dryer that was promised in the lease so I still go-to the laundromat, There are holes in the wall that I listed in the move in sheet still open, my back patio is non usable And to make matters worse gnats and small bugs have began to take over while pest control is being requested however the lady will show up, open your door and if she sees your kids she will say she came and never attempt to do her services before you the adult can come out the room to greet her assuming they are home alone... They never answer the phone and you better hope you Dont get neighbors that are standing outside all night partying or have kids that hang in front of your door late night being loud and unruly, This experience has been a nightmare and I Do Not Recommend, -10"

"I originally planned to live here with my sister, we were denied for reasons I do not wish to disclose but valid reasons for the properties concern, sure, we agreed to look elsewhere. Contacted Maria initially to have everything as far as leasing goes, on JUNE the14th we spent a total amount of $285 for admission and applications fees. After the denial on June 20th, we were advised we will be getting checks sent to our mailing address, in which I emailed the person in charge of the application process that our mailing address is not the previous address we lived in (Which we were told to include in the application process to confirm rental history) Contacted Maria several time Via emails and phone, throughout the entire month of June and have not heard back yet. Her last email stated, and I quote "It can take anywhere from 30-60 days as the check needs to be sent from corporate". Understandable, I've asked Maria to confirm the correct billing address and she couldn't. I even went as far as emailing the address over to the complex too confirm. Long story short, I'm glad we dodged the bullet with this company. Hopefully I'll hear back from them soon If not I'm sure there our legal protocols I will have to take to receive the money. UPDATE I was advised to email the company for a update on the issue at hand. The only email i have is the numerous emails to Maria in which like i mentioned before I have yet to have gotten any kind of response from. I do believe I received a phone call while at work today from this company, unfortunately no voicemail or any kind of information was left to know for sure. so, I assume this means the funds are being sent to the current address provided. Sighs.. this is the updated. I hate drama and dislike toxic energy and people. The fact I've made a review over money that was supposedly already sent is pitiful. I wish the complex the very best. I've looked over the reviews so obviously communication is not very good. Which that shows, considering the only communication or responses most of the tenants are receiving are under a worldwide google review and not the actual front office "workers." It sucks people like this are in charge of other's household and lively hood, especially the complaints about mold and mildew in the buildings after moving in, God bless the kids with medical conditions who have to live there. They used the address i previously lived at, how convenient is that? not surprised considering the now known facts. The company Cleary doesn't care. I'm sure she has access to her work laptop all day long, when I was actually interested in the property there was no problem with responses. I've called for 4 months now, emailed several times and nothing. $150 in their pockets, I'm sure I won't be the last. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PROPERTY. also, my MIN stay's next door to the property and told me how disruptive it is on the weekdays. Think I'm going to make this a thing, until I receive my money back. To show potential tenant how long it actually takes to get things done and get a response. hopefully we hear back TODAY. If not, I'll make weekly updates until the money owed is returned. I've never had an issue with a complex returning funds. There has to be some legal things I can do to get it back, even if It's the original form of payment or disputing with my bank the full amount. "If your options are staying here, or staying at a trailer park, choose a trailer park! The property manager Athena has to be the most incompetent and lazy property manager in the city! She will literally look you in you face and lie to you with a straight face. Maintenance doesn't actually fix anything. They basically ride around all day on golf carts doing nothing. Thought Maria, who recently started working here would be a breath of fresh air, but clearly Athena has rubbed off on her."
