"I had booked three rooms (they charged my creditcard directly for one night for three rooms) for three nights in 2021 for April 2022, unfortunately due to the Covid rules we had to postpone the trip to 2023. However there were health issues so we had to cancel. First the hotel was very understanding and promised the refund, but after three months mail correspondence, I did not receive my payment and even don't receive any answers anymore. So please be careful when you make a reservation with this hotel. First friendly and understanding, however by payment not friendly and understanding anymore."

"Very bad experience. The front desk guy is very mean. When I asked for restroom, he said it was a private property. Never met this kind of mean middle age guy. Miami people are very friendly and kind. He is the only mean person met in Miami."
