"Lived there for two years. Vanessa is super unprofessional. Doesn’t care to help or make things right. Rude disrespect neighbors leaving garbage out that animals would randsack and shooting fireworks over everyone’s cars all hours of the night (literally 3 am). Don’t do it. Go else where."

"I've been here for almost 2 months and it is a great apartment. Clean and serene. The office staff are friendly, there is a nice large pool, the apartment is larger than expected and they helped us figure out the bills when we moved in. Great place."

"Okay, I am going to be 100% honest with you. It's not a bad place, but it needs a lot of help. When my husband and I first moved in it was okay, but later we started having problems. It was one thing after another needing to be fixed. My advice is to double check everything when you move in. The maintenance people are very sketchy for starters. The price of the apartments are only high because of the lactation. If it wasn't in the area its in it would probably be worth a lot less. The pool is always being worked on and the gym is under used and is very small. The worst thing is there is a lot of raccoons and bats at night. Also, way too many stray cats running around. At one point we saw a possum. However, on a positive note, you are by a lot of stuff and it is the cheapest apartments on this sreet. I was lucky to have nice neighbors when I lived there. So, my experience wasn't all that bad. P.S watch out for the alligators in the back pond."

"I would like to start out by saying the staff there is amazing. Vanessa and Mitch were always there to help if I needed. My roommate and I were scrambling for a place to live and Vanessa told us exactly what to do and got us in on time! The appliances are a little older but it was not a problem for me. I would highly recommend if you enjoy a nice quiet place!"

"The apartments, along with the appliances are very dated, and the AC units are incredibly old, inefficient, and unreliable (especially during the summer when you'll feel like you're in a sauna). However, the residents are very friendly, and I haven't witnessed or heard of any crime here since I moved in 4 years ago. There are several cops that are residents here, one who even parks his cruiser at the entrance. The prices are on the low side compared to neighboring apartment homes, but sadly your electric bill will more than make up for any savings. If it weren't for that, I'd love to stay, but more and more of the residents I knew are leaving for greener (and cooler) pastures, and my bank account just can't handle the $300+ electric bills anymore."
