"Well my best friend end up asking me to stay at my house because he's A/C wasn't working. While he was staying at home, i was curious about how the management is not taking any action to fix an important issue like this. So he also told me than the supervisor and some people from staff are mad rude when it becomes to talk to residents. Like how the owner or whoever is in charge in these type of things don't know about it or maybe he does but he doesn't care. Can't even imaging what else is wrong at there. My best friend has been stressed dissapointed because is not fair to pay a rent on time but " they ain't there stuff on time.."

"Lived here for 2 years and it's a dump. Homeless people live right outside behind the fences and stroll through the whole apartment. The roaches INFEST the complexes I've even seen them outside of cars on my way to work. The ac broke the 2nd month living there and filed for multiple times for them to come and fix it and refused so summer time it's in the 90s! Most nights the tenants blast loud music until the cops show up. Speaking of cops the homeless will overdose and the paramedics have to come 3 days of the week. I was afraid for my safety coming in and out at night time my last week there someone bashed in one of the 1st room apartment windows. Also for what you get it is WAY overpriced the surrounding areas you can find better apartments for 1/3 the price come if it is the absolute last resort."

"These reviews are definitely fake. This place is not up to par. Charging 1700 for a one bedroom here is ridiculous. I think alot of these apartments complexes need to think about location and neighborhood before charging the max price allowable. These units should start at 1000. 1700 thats nonsense"

"We moved here in August, absolutely love it. Lizette was so helpful with the move in process, and made it as stress free as possible. Beautiful property, landscape is done ever week. Very happy to be here !"

"First problem I had with these apartment is that the roof was close to collapsing on us and we had to push them to move us to another one. When they moved us to and I quote “new and renovated apartment” we found that the ac wouldn’t cool normally and reported it multiple times we also noticed bugs and reported it since we didn’t have that issue in the other apartment and we are very clean people nothing was done for the pests the cake to look at the ac but did not fix it. We called the city when we got over it and they got upset and were rude sent a maintenance guy and all he did was replace the filter ac is still NOT FIXED I HAVE A TODDLER SLEEPING WITH ME IN A 80 degrees room in the middle of the night and their excuse is that it’s hotter outside"
