"Don't move here unless you have ABSOLUTLY no choice. The girls in the office are awesome. But these buildings are 30years old and need bad help. Not band aids. Honestly, I am still here because my childrens school district. Been here since 2009. But my youngest now graduates. I love the location. But where do i begin... The pest... Out of control. Fixing ANYTHING in the apartment is an issue. Been waiting for years for things to get fixed. Because they need more personal to help fix everything. They need to do a complete refurbishing of the apartments to be honest. Air conditioner always messing up on me. It exploded once. The last hurrican Ian messed up the roof... I reported it Oct 2, 2022 with photo to the office email. Had hairy black mold and mildew it smelled so bad. They scrapped it and that is it. The roof, ceiling and walls till this date has not been fixed. It is April 5, 2023. Bathroom rusting fixtures, light switch will shock you reported it years ago, nothing done. The carpet needs changing. They want me to move out so they can put a new carpet. With what money and man power? I live on a second floor. Again the girls in the office can only do so much, but still something needs to be done."

"Omg the ladies in the office keeps an attitude, they barely fix anything because they have one maintenance man (which is very awesome by the way). The plumbing sucks the dish washer/washer machine all comes out of the kitchen sink. The dumpster is piled up that I haven't taken garbage out in two weeks because they said they open your trash and fine you if the trash isn't in the dumpster but obviously that's a lie. From the time I moved in till now the complex is going down. They gots to do better!!!"

"I been living in Oak Harbor for almost two years but this will be my last year over here. I love the inside of the apartments but the outside is terrible. Someone stole two of my mom's van also broke in my boyfriend car. The office can't tell me nothing but sorry it happen everywhere I feel as if it should be something done because I pay my rent every month n on time!!! I feel unsafe here sleepless nights looking out the window worrying. There is a spider problem. Spider webs be everywhere outside the apartment When my lease is up I have to get out of here Do NOT move here!!!!"
