"The only thing nice I have to say about this apartment complex is Pedro A. He is very nice and sweet. He goes above and beyond his job, and he tries to help everybody out, regardless of how they act towards him. Now for some of the tenants, not that great unless you speak Portuguese then they love you around here but if you’re anything other than that, they discriminate against you and try to get you to move out. And it doesn’t matter how much you complain to the HOA manager nothing gets done about their harassment. I am a native Floridian and I feel horrible because of these people and how poorly they have treated me. All I ever try to do since the time I moved into this complexes. Be nice to the tenants. Some of the condo owners are very nice people around here so far that I have met. UPDATE: They fired him after I posted this. Most of the building are full of roaches and building 30 has settled so much in the ground. The building towards the park in lot is literately sloping that direction with the floor and the porch bouncy. You cannot keep a ball on the floor. It will roll towards the porch for sure it’s all rotted and you can tell they’ve had plumbing issues over and over and over again and the person of the ACs don’t work in there this sounds so horrible not to mention they don’t take care of the garbage isles up and I don’t know what they pay the lawn people to do. They’re there every single day and they don’t do nothing. Honestly, I actually see them walking around playing with the equipment not using the equipment in the pool has been broken for over six months now and if you don’t speak Spanish you ain’t getting in there."

"I can’t emphasize enough to not move into this place. I’m currently stuck in a year lease & wish I wasn’t. From the moment I decided that I wanted to move in it has all went downhill. I looked at an apartment & was told that the one I was moving into was exactly the same . Which I was happy with. After making the decision that I was moving in I was then told 2 weeks later the price I was given was wrong & was told it was actually 400 more than I was quoted, due to already telling where I was living that I was leaving it put me in a tight spot.Then I persisted on seeing the one I was actually moving into & when I did I couldn’t even stand in it for more than 5 min due to the smell of cat urine . Then I was told I shouldn’t have seen it that way & the floors were going to be replaced. Come to the day I received the keys it seemed like only the piece of floor with a stain on it was replaced & a cleaner didn’t come in & clean it. After living here I’ve done everything I can to get the smell out & it still smells like pneumonia. Now as a resident we have to have a parking pass & have even register guests who are here after 7pm & not staying the night otherwise it will get towed. Manager is nice but is unorganized & overwhelmed. Don’t waste your time. If I could afford to leave I would. There’s so much more I could say, but at this point it’s not worth it."
