"The best part about living here at Amalfi is when I request any repairs and “Jose” receives the work order he gets the job done and it’s done right! My husband and I are always satisfied with his professionalism, he always explains what he is doing, he double checks his work making sure things are in working order and that we are satisfied before he leaves. He is the best of the best when it comes to maintenance repairs here at Amalfi!! I also want to give a big shoutout to Kellyann, Tameka and Sowana for all that they do in making sure that the leasing office is running smoothly. They’re always pleasant and answered any questions that we have, they’re all very professional and easy to talk to. They always followed up with me regarding all completed work request and any general inquiries. Thank you Jose and Thank you ladies!! Mr, and Mrs. Jones Unit 182"

"The office staff (Kellyann, Tameka, and Soannel) are amazing!! They are super nice and are always making sure you feel comfortable and happy in your home. The maintenance team always helps me with my apartment and completes my work orders super quick. Amalfi is a quiet and peaceful place to live, would recommend it to anyone!!!"
"I will start by saying that the community is in a very centered area of Orlando. Minutes from downtown, millenia and universal. Publix is around the corner, major stores, malls, Walmart and restaurants. Majority of the staff is nice and helpful to a degree. With that being said, you can find a better place to live for the price. You will be within 5 miles of a high crime area. They do not provide security or assigned parking. You also don’t have a gate. From time to time, you will see glass outside of the complex clearly from broken car windows. No notice to residents or a quick email regarding the multiple car break ins. The apartments are not well kept. The stairs shake when you walk on them, and they look rotten. Please see photos. There’s only one trash area, the photos speaks for itself. In regards to the condition of the apartments. Management is aware of the condition of AC but refuses to fix. So when it leaks, they make an opening fix the rotten part of the drywall & paint over it. For months later to not work to then provide “ a portable ac”. It’s above 95 degrees & that’s the solution they provided. No sense of urgency. Please also look at the photos of my ac unit. This is in building 4824 apt 370. I’m not one to usually care about these things & post reviews but this management is in for a rude awakening. You can’t keep people happy by doing “pool days” and “food trucks days” when your managing skills are this poor. They have a duty to residents. They do not uphold it. Upper management can be really rude and combative. To add to all of this, it also flooded during the hurricane which damaged vehicles. Had the complex been in a better condition this probably could have been avoided. When you tour the apartment, ask to see the AC unit. Make sure mold isn’t taking over the unit like it was in my “remodeled apartment “. Pay the extra $200 and sleep in peace somewhere else. I promise you, it will be worth it."
