"**UPDATE: Now that Luis is the manager and that the people working in the leasing office actually care about the community and the people who live in it, I have to say I am much happier than I was a month ago. They have worked real hard to make sure my roach problem decreased. So far, haven't seen any in a bit over 2 weeks and we intend to keep it that way! THANK YOU LUIS!** I HATE living here. My mom had moved into an apartment in this complex back in June 2023 and because she was so new and I needed a place to move to, I applied to live here to be close to her. Neither of us did enough research (silly of us but we both needed to find a place asap) and not long after living here we found out how disappointing it is. #1 ROACHES! Yep, if you scroll down and read past reviews you will see the same complaint over and over and over and I can attest to all of them being true! Since I moved in the last week of July 2023, My anxiety, which I’ve never had before living here, is very high. I sleep in spurts because I have nightmares about them, because my anxiety wakes me up throughout the night to check my room, I’m incredibly jumpy, all day I think something is moving and I flinch, I sleep with my lamp on so that when I wake up throughout the night I can see better and make sure there aren’t any around me, and I’m always looking everywhere in paranoia thinking im going to find 1. I open the door to my bathroom & I step aside & cast my flashlight from my phone all over the place before I step in and turn on the lights because the amount of times I’ve turned it on and there’s 2-3 all around (including the floor) has made me that paranoid! They’ve shown up in the shower while I am IN the shower. The day I’m writing this late December 2023: I opened my eyes in the morning & the 1st thing I see is one walking on the wall in front of me, later that day I killed 1 in my bathroom, 1 by dining room. All that is just today. I’ve called the office crying telling them I wanted out but they said “they want me to be happy” so for 1.5 month they sent me a fumigator every week + i pay a fumigator to come quite often (sometimes 2 x a month) + following recommendations from my best friend for a poison she used in her previous apartment & she was able to get rid of them I used it too. ADDITIONALLY, I’ve also implemented things that have been suggested: clean with bleach & mop with fabuloso “the smell keeps them away”, All the above things do work…for max a weed before they show up again. Oh yeah the fumigator I pay came exactly a week ago and used a bunch of new poison…and still since he left I’ve seen a few. BRW, the fumigator guy even said, and I quote “Yours is such a rare case. Your apartment is clean, you have everything organized and they still pop up!” The other fumigator also praised how clean and tidy my place is and didn’t understand why they’re still showing up. The only explanation I can fathom for this to continue to happen is because it’s an infestation that’s been going on for SO SO SO many years that’s near impossible to fully kill now. They need to stop saying it’s the neighbors. Luckily on the building my mom is at, she doesn’t have to also deal with these disgusting creatures. Just me! #2 The apartments themselves. These apartments were built in 1996 and they have not changed ONE thing since then! #3 Some of the people that live here are flat out GROSS! I mean this place is a MESS! There’s garbage and dog forced everywhere you walk! The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars 1- the location! 2- I have to admit that the office and maintenance staff are all very sweet and very nice!"

"how do you add more stars? Hats off to Luis and staff, a strong smell, leaky water no more! I stay in a 3/2, and now my second restroom looks, showroom fresh!!) This was a one call does it, for real, too many times had been told, promised and reassured that this would be completed! This time seen Maintenance every time they said they would be back! I told them all I would believe when I see it! ONE HAPPY RESIDENT, I appreciate Luis, so much he follow thru with what he said he was going to do, so sorry I don't know the Maintenance Techs name that actually complete work, but of course I do want to thank him for a job well done!! Office staff done showed up and showed out, signed, I have my bathroom to myself"

"The whole team at bella vita is very awesome if you have any questions or concerns they are there to assist and make sure your living is comfortable and as for your safety. They put out daily announcements to keep the residents updated. The maintenance team is awesome as well. Juan is very helpful and makes sure he can assist in the best way as possible.thank you"

"I have lived here for a year now! I love the management team! They are super supportive and quick to help us with whatever we need! Maintenance service is great most of the time! If they need to order parts, sometimes we have to put in another maintenance order, but they usually come between 1-3 days! Exterminators also come every Monday and Wednesday! As long as you ask to be put on the list, they will come address your bug concerns! However, I havent had a big problem in the year that I lived here! Overall, I really enjoy living here! The location is amazing for us, and the neighborhood feels relatively safe!"
