"The maintenance team at Cortland on Orange are some of the very best! They always come in a timely manner, either the day you put the request in (if not too late), otherwise the very next day; no later. They’re always efficient, clean and kind. I’ve had multiple interactions with both Marc and Wilfredo throughout my 14 months of living here. Whether they are at my apartment or in the hallway, they are always friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this team and thankful they are apart of it!"

"TLDR; absolute criminals. No one should have to live like this, much less pay to live like this. If you enjoy listening to nonstop deafening mechanical noise, sign a lease here. Listen to the attached video to see what I mean. This should be illegal. Loud enough to drive a person insane. Whoever designed should be sued by the developers. No one should have to listen to this noise 24/7, very bad for mental health.. The AC units on the roof are so loud when they kick on they’ll wake you up in the middle of the night. Definitely do not recommend living here. Horribly constructed building that sadly probably won’t last more than 80 years…we don’t need any more of this cheap fast construction in Orlando. It’s so unsustainable and sad. Also, if you like NOT having single light in your bedroom because the developers were too cheap to install one, this is your chance. You can even see where they almost put a light fixture and decided they were too cheap to include good lighting in your living experience. Open the shades to show the courtyard neighbors your body, live in bedroom darkness, or buy a lamp. If you rent here you’re an idiot. I was a fool. Don’t be one too. 9/9/23 When I addressed the response of the owner on this review, I was told I could pay $500 a month extra to not deal with deafening mechanical noise. I could still hear it…not worth the $2500 price tag. I am updating my review to include that I pay upwards of $2000 a month to live in a place that I cannot enter. I’ve attached an image of the security screen (AKA only way to enter my home) at 12:06 am. Midnight and I cannot enter my home. Absolutely criminal."

"I absolutely love living here! Andrea is amazing and has helped keep my peace of mind with my children living here. She is always ready to put the next get together ready! From our Christmas party to Valentine’s Day breakfast. Maria has been literally the best! She listens and really does put things into action to make our lives here at Cortland better! Keondre was the first person we met and he kept it 100% and made me feel like I was talking to a lifelong friend. Nikita is the sweetest! The entire team is professional and ready to help in any way they can! Everyday, I am so happy we decided to move here!!"
