Heritage on Millenia Apartments

"Having to pay extra for parking because management cannot control nonresident and people parking on curb side is an added expense for no purpose. Nothing being done about these issues even after paying for parking patrol. If I am paying extra for a garage, I don’t see why I can’t park my second vehicle outside of my garage. Valet garbage service is not reliable, often misses, and pickup times aren’t regular."

"The office and maintenance staff are great. Though I did express my great annoyance about not being able to park my car in the driveway into my garage. We've watched the oncall people make their rounds. There is absolutely no negative impact for us with a driveway to park our car in the driveway for them to read our plate easily --- if we park ten feet from the garage. This is one little nicety for residents with a driveway. My other car got endless nicks while in the Heritage parking lot. To make a blanket rule which negatively affects all residents is losing sight of those of us who are responsible, cause no problems, and always pay our rent in full and on time --- an unnecessary negative inconvenience. It is one way of eliminating overcrowded parking and giving a resident a positive to living here. We would very much like this new rule to be recinded. Thank you."

"Maintenance is great about answering calls but something needs to be done about safety. People were blasting fireworks by the pool and one hit someone’s porch."

"Moved in a little over 2 months ago and have had cockroach problem since day 1. Have had pest control here 7-8 times since I moved. Would have been more but the pest guys mentioned to give it a week or two each time, so I’ve been patient. Mostly they just sprayed and 1 time they fogged but I am still seeing cockroaches DAILY. The fact they rented me this cockroach infested apartment is disgusting. When I first moved the apartment wasn’t the cleanest either. Apparently, they cleaned it but did not seem like it. Cabinets have some sort of stains from God knows what and then they just put tape over some damages on the cabinets. They charge 1400+ a month for this "Luxury" apartment. The maintenance team and the front office staff are the only redeeming qualities for this place. Assumed because this place had over a 4 star review it would be fine...it's not. Regret ever signing here."

Last night, we had a breakdown in the air conditioning and even on a Sunday at that time, we had quality service. "It's a great place to live. The office staff is always very helpful and polite.
