"This a great place to live not only that it's affordable they made sure that everything was fix and maintained at my apartment the one issue I had was the carpet, but they washed it and I am satisfied, Tony the property manager accommodation was on point she made sure that everything was ready for my move I really appreciate her, thank Tony you are an angel"

"I have been report to maintenance and I went to the office I told them the roof been leaking right on my bed .maintenance came they something on the ceiling make it look the terrible .the problem is the roof not the ceiling. They repair some roof to the other appartment but they decide to skeep me."

"This is a trash place to live, this apartment is dirty and ghetto, please if you have kids do not go to this apartment and they management team don’t care. So many homeless people a round the building, a lot of roaches and rats."

"The administration here doesn't care at all for the tenants I have had homeless people around the hallway and WHEN I GO THE OFFICE all they tell me is to call the police. I keep getting reports from the office of people complainant but administration won't do nothing because they had friends and family that are homeless that all they do is have loud music and smoke weed on the hallway. DONT EVEN LOOK AT THIS"
