"Do not recommend living here and glad I moved. First off parking, its an ongoing Major issue as its nonexistent. Driveway barely fits a car and you need to be very aware of the above ground water mains installed right next to the driveways. Cheap construction and shotty installations. Fitness room is cheap and far from the advertised "state of the art" You have to purchase and utilize their cable TV package. Pool is very small and if more than 10 people its overcrowded."

"This place is strictly about the $ and zero customer service. For almost 3K a month to not have the landscaping kept up with, snake holes in the yard, ants everywhere and a staff who is so disrespectful. Ms.Tony tough lady in the office. You park on the road for 5 mins, the maintenance police puts a green sticker on your car. Should never touch another person’s property. Put a note on the door or send an email with a warning. "*PLEASE BELIEVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY* I wish I would have!! These people strung us along for a month! First because they put my husbands social in twice and had to get it switched through higher up. Once they finally settled that, we had a fraudulent account on his credit that we let them know about. We have all the proof that it’s not him. It took them 3 weeks to settle that with higher up. They then denied us because of something that was on my husbands background check from almost 4 years ago that was minor. Literally reached for straws! The manager is RUDE. I only talked to her once because they won’t answer the phone and only communicate through email. It takes them forever to get back to you! Seriously don’t waste your effort!"

"Beautiful place, but I was left disappointed. After applying and paying over 400 bucks in application fees, my roommate and I were told the security deposit would be over five thousand dollars, and would be due in less than 2 days (we weren't moving for months.) We got a guarantor after they said it would lower the deposit, even though we didn't need one to begin with. Our guarantor sent the information, and then we didn't get an update for another month because of website malfunctions and phone lines being down. I was then told the guarantor changed nothing. I understand needing payment to hold a specific unit, but I still do not understand why a combined income of well over six figures was still not enough to dodge ridiculous fees. Weird experience."
