"If you’re looking for downtown living in a Class A building with incredible views, premium amenities, and in a central location, look no further than The Julian! The building is right in the heart of Creative Village - an up and coming area of downtown so the entire block is all renovated with restaurants, parks, and new developments. It’s extremely walkable and the building is conveniently located next to the freeway. We’ve been residents here for a few years and have come to really appreciate the incredible sunsets, lounging on the rooftop, and making use of all the amenities (trust me, there’s a ton!) It hasn’t been all rosy as we have seen quite a few management changes, but the current manager Ashlen has always been extremely helpful and she truly cares about the community. The entire maintenance staff + cleaning crew are also very friendly and prompt with maintenance issues. 5 stars all around!"

"We just moved here and we love it so far. Management is so helpful. Ashlen took care of us from the start and responds to our issues and concerns ASAP. Very very professional. Amenities are perfect. We love the gym because it has everything you need! Pool is awesome but they are just missing a jacuzzi. Every floor has a study/work room that you can use every day. When we moved in a week ago they had a lot of move in incentives which is amazing!! We love our new home:)"
