"Let me share that I just relocated here now 3mos. in at this beautiful apartment complex. I had no problems with my transition as a matter of fact the staff was very helpful with me and my son throughout the whole process. Especially Natasha ! they made me feel they like they really cared for my comfort. I feel very safe here. The only thing is yes its a bit pricey but I got a brand new apt. with great immenities. They have a great maintenance staff that keeps the grounds very clean which is important to me. All I can say is this place is one of the best complexes in the entire area. Keep up the good work!!!!!"

"My experience with the management team of this apartment was terrible. My first contact with them to schedule a tour and explore the place was excellent; they responded even after business hours. The problem is that after submitting the application, I was completely ignored. They mentioned that they would inform me if they needed more documents (which never happened). It took them a long time to review my application, and despite sending emails requesting updates, they didn't respond. There were several emails. I had to call multiple times to get answers. They rejected my application and didn't send any notification emails. I was willing to provide whatever was necessary for approval, but they informed me that I needed to reapply (paying the application fee again). In other words, they only treat you well before the application, and afterward, they completely ignore you, as they've already obtained your application fee."

"I don't even want to give single rating for this apartment. Few months back there service was good. Later partners has changed, they are keeping unnecessary community rules which gives discomfort to stay here. Rules are like, for simple street they are asking everyone to park in specified direction, No plants should present in patio, management is being rude while communicating to residents, etc.. I strongly recommend everyone to not to choose this apartment."

"Where to start with The Hudson Apartments, well when I moved in I wasn’t informed of the murder that happened just 6 months prior. That’s for sure. But moving on, the first thing I notice are the pipes are banging to a beat, after more than 4 request for someone, anyone, to come and at least check it out, alas almost 6 months later and nothing. The pipes still have mad rhythm. Moving on now they want to start enforcing the dumbest parking practice alive. With no indications of parking which way or what direction to go, they are towing cars 24/7, EVEN THOUGH THE EMAIL THEY PUT OUT STATES BETWEEN 10pm-7am. But wait even with the office issued parking pass, that was only given a week and a half to acquire, cars are still being towed. Adding to already stressed households and families. And in clearing the parking lot presents a complex of easy targets, security huh what security, waiting to be plucked off. Combine the endless police involved situations, the low budget set up of the apartments, things are still falling apart/ failing, the annoyance of whether my car is parked a certain way and outrageous rent prices you’ll see this is not a place to call home. At the very least it’s not even a safe place to want to go visit a friend. RUUUUUN AS FAST THE OTHER WAY, ITS NOT WORTH IT. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH."
