"I saw the reviews prior to scheduling my tour, and I saw the concerns for lack of communication. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt since the prices are fair and I’m a low maintenance tenant. I stay to myself, so if I like the place I’ll pay my bills and carry on. But I didn’t think it would be this bad. The appointment confirmation was weird, they canceled my appointment the night before… and then when I asked what was going on they said that someone would be there at 3pm to give me an agent-guided tour. The door was locked, lights were turned off, no one was there. I called 3 times, stayed for about 20 mins , sent two follow up emails. I sent a “no longer interested” email at the 15 min mark. About 5 mins later a lady walks out to talk to someone who was inspecting their building. Did not once look at me, I drove off since I was already turned off and no longer interested in touring. Drove 45 mins out to tour. Do what you want with this information, this is from a person who was willing to give them a try."
