"I have lived here for 2 years and I have to admit that they are on top of fixing and maintaining the apartments I have never had issues with getting anything done. The maintenance staff are friendly and professional. Office staff have kindly answered all of my questions and concerns and the Manager Heidi is one of a kind. She is compassionate and understanding and will try to help in any way possible. It is quiet neighborhood and I recommend it."
"If I could give zero I would. The assistant manager and the manager are so unprofessional and rude. This place don't have no security, people are breaking on the resident car stole everything they can. Stove and bathroom always have problems. The apartment so hot can't even relaxed during day, still have to used the fan at night, light bill come so high.They towing residents car even doe you have a parking sticker. The assistant manager don't wear a mask but yelling at resident to pull the mask up said I'm spitting when he don't even wear a mark and screaming on me get out and called the police. I asked to speak with the manager the assistant manager told me if he's rude the manager will be worse than him. This place is a joke."
"I lived there for almost 2 years and I never had a problem. The staff was always helpful and friendly, also the maintenance team was amazing. Everytime something happened on the apartment they fixed it right away. My daughter's school was really close and the school is an A school. The rent was affordable. -Victoria Martinez"
