"This is a very stressful place to live. I have receipts of all types of problems, response from faculty, pictures and more. But before posting I am going to review my lease to make sure I am not breaking any terms. I wish they would make repairs the way they call you when you don’t pay rent. To be continued……… Oh yeah if I could I would give them -5, 1 is too much……"

"I’ve lived here for 3 years and for the most part, it was an alright living situation. The older apartments are roach infested, luckily I haven’t had and issues with the rats. Security lights in the hall way and the lamp post were out for a good portion of 2022-2023. Just imagine living in the back of the complex and it’s pitch black. They managed to fix those recently after many complaints due to safety concerns. So I’d be cautious of these upgraded units. My gripe with the complex is the communication when it comes to my deposit. I’ve moved out almost 2 months ago and I’ve had issues with getting a clear answer on my security deposit. No one knows much and when inquiring, I get told to call back to follow up or someone will call me. When I do call to follow up, I get redirected or told to call back next week. It’s been almost 2 months?? At this point it’s safe to say, it’s easier to pursue other matters than to figure out what these people got going on in the office."

"This apartment complex was pretty decent 7 years ago. Now it's rat infested and the bugs are totally out of control. Water gets turned off almost daily. Pot holes all over the place. The remodeled apartments are cosmetic. They can't even keep a maintenance staff...constantly changing. Keeping my security deposit for cleaning? What's there to clean if remodeling and replacing all cabinets, counters and appliances! What a rip-off!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! WORST apartment complex EVER. Constant shootings, rat and roach infestations, this complex is money hungry. They are quick to get rid of tenants in order to move new ones in for bonuses, you will not get a response from them in regards to your issues. This complex was on the news a few weeks ago for leaving a family with no AC for 4 weeks. Don't waste your time or money moving here, especially if you have children !! This place needs to be sued and shut down"

"I helped a friend move in and I know sometimes u will find dead bugs here and there but there was real live roaches in her place not sure of who may have lived in this apartment before but they definitely have a big problem … I was talking to a neighbor and she said that she has the same problem. I knew I couldn’t stay there so I got a hotel , helped her move in… now we are here today and it’s the same problem either these need to be town down but they are gonna have to do something about these disrespectful Florida roaches & me being the Florida girl that I am … this has and never will be my story . Do better people I would not recommend staying here unless u and roaches have a relationship ijs"
