"It sucks that since the hurricane last year my roof has been leaking I’ve reported this issue multiple times first to Maryland who no longer works in the front office then to Porsche then to Hazel who says there was never a report made, I may also add she was rude about me calling and voicing my issue what horrible customer service. My biggest concern is that I have kids and this spot is near a light fixture that could at any moment cause an electoral fire: Since it’s been well over six months that this issue has been left unattended to I’m posting photos along with this review so that the ugly stains can be shared that I have to see every single day that I come into my home plus I had a pipe burst in my hall bathroom in the Summer of 2016 that I reported to Eliana who no longer works in the front office there is clearly water damage and mold but still nothing has been done about that either. Sure the pipe was fixed but a hug hole was left behind under the sink these things can fixed but I personally feel that the lack of concern is far less to the people who work here"

"So you pay almost a grand for rent, but nothing in that complex worth that much. You can't use the pool on weekends cause office close very stupid... the basketball court has beat down goals kids fighting over one goal to play on.. the trash is always outside the dump smelling up that area. I wouldn't recommend no one to rent there unless they are desperate for living there ,gates are not locked any an everyone can come through there, my partner car has been broken into twice.. over all fix all the things we pay for an allow the pool to be open for the kids on weekends lock the gates for safety.. it can have great potential there's nothing wrong with the people..."

"The assistant manager, Eliana, is the best! Whenever I had a minor issue with my apartment she'd put in a ticket right than and there. The next day the issue was resolved. She is understanding but also stays professional and does her job well."

"May I say it's been a very good experience ... the assistance manager Iliana was very helpful and understanding... do to my circumstances I needed to move sooner than expected and she went above and beyond. My family and I are very grateful that she took the time to get some us in.. I am currently leasing a 3 beautiful bedrooms with two bath and they are amazing... I love the high ceilings and all new appliances .. even new rugs threw out the whole apartment... may I say I fell in love with my apartment... I have seen new security measures taking into acting to make sure the residents are safe and feels safe in their homes.. thank you Bella villa youll gave my kids a safe home and somewhere I call home.. I had family member live here few years back and it has always kept my family happy..."

"I am a property manager trying to get info for one of their current tenants (I can only assume). I found them to be incredibly unhelpful. Not only did they not return my phone call, they told me their rental verifications took a few days and they would not provide any information anyway. Wow! Talk about lack of professional courtesy. Anybody renting from them, please keep your rent receipts so that you can self verify when you move. They will not willingly help you."
