"Stayed there for a year back in 2018. These are the type of threats that they would send out to people, back then I didn’t have much knowledge about property management, but this actually startled me into starting a career in property management. Empty handed threats like these should be illegal, they hold no legal precedent, especially when evictions takes 30-45 days. The property manager that is still currently on site to this day, will send out evictions threats, but will send a lawyer a 3 or seven day notice, stating that she legally delivered it but she didn’t. The day I took this letter, I was still in the grace period to pay my rent on time. BE AWARE of elevated humidity levels they have only two small mounted AC systems so when I moved in the first week and all my clothes got ruined by mold, I was told it was my fault. Don’t keep any food items (bread/butter) on the counter. They will mold overnight."

"I gave them 5 stars for their honesty, their promises always come true, the management office ( The leasing office) working hardly to creat fun and enjoyable entertainments in all occasions and celebrations, they are always response to the maintenance requests as they got nice kind responsible maintenance men caring about how the residents feel. I would like to thank them very much."

"I love living here. The office team, Kerri and Kathy are wonderful. Maintenance is also great and good with instructions and pets. The regional manager Cassi is responsive and wonderful as well. Highly recommend any Palomar Property!"

"My significant other and I walked in to look at the place and immediately the woman in the front office acted like their place was too good for the likes of us. We were informed that one has to make just north of $50,000.00 a year between two people to even qualify to rent here. When I stated that we are disabled, her response was that they aren't a income based place. I never suggested that they were. I did suggest that we have more than enough guaranteed income to pay rent and our other bills. Even mentioning that we could get a cosigner didn't matter. This woman acted like this is some luxury country club and obviously we aren't superior enough of pedigree to be even considered. I'd suggest staying away from this one. The grounds aren't all that attractive anyway, and neither is the customer service."

"I moved into sun pointe place apartments in 2016 and moved out 2021. This was my first apartment, and first time living on my own . First year was rough, as management didn’t care much about the renters , and were very lazy and rude, even had a no-knock entry one morning. BUT!! the passed 2/3 years have been completely different. The new property managers have completely turned the place around . The ladies in the front office do everything in their power to make your life easier . The technicians fix whatever you need fixed , respectfully and pretty quick.. they’ve built a new 24/hr gym, and outdoor lounge area that’s insanely nice . It’s a good place to rent and live at . If you are looking to rent in the largo area, definitely consider these apartments, and this is completely honest and genuine . I lived in building 703b, and honestly enjoyed my time living there."
