"We moved in 12/16, and man has it been such a great experience. Jenn took care of us on the paperwork side, and made sure we got into the apartment we originally wanted. we are SO happy with our new apartment. She also saved us $100 on rent, which is SO appreciated. She's so happy and outgoing. Any questions or concerns we had she has taken care of in a timely manner. She's an absolute sweet heart and we really appreciate her. Kobe S. Has been our maintenance guy from the get-go, and he is an absolute Rockstar! Seriously, the guy deserves a pay raise. He is so friendly, helpful, has awesome time management, is genuine and all around an awesome man. All of our maintenance requests have been handled with care by him personally, in a professional and timely manner. He treats us like real friends, and makes sure any issues we have are fixed properly asap. So far in the 5 days we've been here he has fixed the drawers in the kitchen cabinets, the exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom and the air handler filter replaced. He also gave us an update on our concern with the stairs, even though we didn't ask. Kobe is seriously on top of his game, and we love him to death. This has been such a pleasant experience all around. We truly feel at home, and know if anything arrises Kobe and the rest of the team will take care of us. 100 out of 10 would totally recommend anyone wanting a peaceful and friendly place to apply here. We are absolutely in love!"

"Go literally anywhere else but here! I used to be the person who would read poor reviews but decide to make my own opinion about a place. I wish I would’ve listened to the negative reviews about Altura Largo before I moved in! WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED in my entire life. Do not rent from them. Even if you are a paying tenant (name on the lease) they will tow your car without any warning. They do not have the best interest of the tenant. They will tow your car 30min-1hr away from the complex and you have to deal with the worst tow company I have ever encountered. 2hrs and $200 later I got my car out of tow. All of these other vehicles were “violating the parking policies” all within a week. Were they towed? Nope. Be consistent with your policies or don’t change them at all. They recently marked Visitor parking spots in places where there is already limited parking. So even if you live here and have lived here you have to park on the other side of the complex because they prioritize visitor parking over residents. It is clear that residents do not understand the parking policies as they change every couple of months and are not clearly stated. Altura Largo is so sneaky when it comes to change. I have never lived in a more disgusting, poorly managed place. Avoid this complex at all costs! They are nice when you’re applying but as soon as it comes to move-in or gettin anything fixed it takes forever. They have an excuse for every complaint you may have as in “there’s nothing we can do about it.” In other words, they do not care, will not help you, and will not provide you with the resources of someone who can. Not worth $1500+ a month for a company who will not listen to any of your concerns involving the overflowing trash, tenants dumping their belongings all over the complex, visitors parking in tenant spots, residents not cleaning up after their dogs, overflowing animal waste containers, not to mention they turn the water off for hours at a time regularly!"
