"If I could rate lower I would. These apartments to stay the least are not worth the money you pay. There's black mold growing on the air vents that the property managers refuse to address. There's riots, fights, and vandalism. The local PD knows just about every tenant by name. I've seen people get stabbed, I've seen people die, I've seen violent breakups. The cardboard over the window I promise is not a Halloween decoration. There was a riot a few nights ago. Tires got slashed, windows got broken, there's still blood on the balcony and railings. There's still glass everywhere. 5 people went out in handcuffs on 10-27-2016. There's drug dealers, crackheads, and felons. Only a handful of people here keep to themselves management not included. I signed an agreement to vacate to avoid eviction. For those of you first time renters that means I agreed to hand over the keys and walk away and they would not put an eviction on my record. Found out yesterday that they put an eviction on my record anyway. Heed my warnings rent elsewhere. Management will deny all of this saying I'm just a disgruntled former tenant but I have pictures, papers and videos to back up my claims."

"I have lived here for more than 4 years and love it ! The lake view is great and we are close to everything ! Beaches ,parks, shopping. We've had our ups and downs with some changes in management, however our current manager is by far the best we've had. We most certainly do not have roaches, pest control is weekly, monthly, bi-monthly which ever you choose. crack addicts and drunks do not infest our community. Lori has worked hard to make this a peaceful place. Unlike the team before her who did nothing but rent to the drunks and addicts in the first place ! Kudos to Lori Lemons taking on the task of giving us back our little piece of paradise and for making this a nice place to live. She deserves more support from us all and many thanks. Good things are happening here !"

"At first glance, these apartments seem perfect....1 mile from the beach...nice lake view...good location...utilities included. However these things don't make up for it's shortcomings. First, the entire complex is infested with german roaches and I have confirmed this with several current and former residents. The property management refuses to do anything about it...sure the pest control guy comes every 3 months....but the company is too incompetant to handle a roach infestation of this magnitude. I had them come spray 3 weeks in a row and the roaches just laugh at us. Completely unacceptable for a complex that charges $800 a month for rent. Second problem is the walls are paper thin....I get the pleasure of hearing my neighbors every movement. And if I try to watch TV at night people complain about me even if I watch at a low volume. Third problem are the residents...the majority of them are drunken veterans, crack addicts, and mentally handicapped folks who leave shopping carts all over the property, steal your laundry from the laundry room...and stare at you when you walk by. Finally, the leasing manager Lori is a sociopath who talks down to you like you are some peasant...and I've never had a conversation with her that wasnt extremely awkward. Unless you are desperate or don't mind sharing your home with roaches...do not rent from here!"
