The grounds are kept up and beautiful. Loving the new paint on the buildings!! It is quiet around here, which I absolutely love and we are so close to everything! Best apartment that I have had in a long time!"

"I love this complex! Price is low for all the amenities! Romana and the maintenance staff are wonderful and quick to fix any issues you may have. I had an issue with my dishwasher and they came in and fixed it same day! The area is safe and neighbors are great! I love the apartment and layout as well as the screened in patios which they just refinished! I have brand new floors in my unit and it has been maintained and updated regularly. There is a pool and grill, some units have laundry but they also have a laundry facility which is convenient to use with new washers and dryers! I highly recommend renting here!"

Any maintenance issues have been addressed and fixed quickly. Another thing I love is the landscaping in maintained and the overall community is friendly without a lot of noise or disruptions.
