"I basically had to move with my newborn because i complained of noise they were making outside of all of my windows, as they didnt want to move the mobile mini away from my unit, they decided terminating my lease was best. If you made this kind of noise yourself, youd probably receive a letter with warnings. There is a facebook group that was for residents but apparently management was on it. I once received a phone call from the front office saying "they know what i posted" , in reference to the mobile mini and how it disturbed us daily. Just an fyi in case you do decide to post. I lived there since 2019 and never had issues until the complex was bought by this particular company in 2022."
"THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE!!!! Read your entire lease before signing it!!! If there’s ever an incident involving your dog, Waterchase will try to make you get rid of your dog or you get a 7 day eviction notice WITHOUT providing you any proof or evidence that the incident happened. They simply go off hearsay on what the person who complained said. When I asked for said proof and evidence, I was not provided anything at all. I first moved to Waterchase back in 2019 when it was under Belfour Beaty Management. The apartment I was living in has a HORRIBLE roach problem since the day I moved in due to the dumpster being right next to the apartment and the nasty maintenance closet that’s right next door to the apartment. But that’s not where the main problem is. When Waterchase was with Belfour it had a 5 star rating but unfortunately that didn’t last long. In 2022 Belfour got bought out by Sterling Group and everything got worse. The rent was raised drastically. I went from paying $945 to my lease renewal going up to $1600! Waterchase is not that nice of a complex to be charging that much money. The office was closed for over a month back in May due to training classes but that did nothing at all. For over an entire month, I could not get in contact with the office for problems I was having in my apartment due to the office being closed an extended period of time. And because of the fact that Sterling is corporate, you have to call an 1-800 number that just takes you to a robot to leave a message, however you never get your calls returned. It makes no sense that waterchase is a “gated community” because the gates have never worked and there are constant homeless people rummaging through dumpsters and peoples cars getting broken into. The water is constantly shut off and they only notify you via email. So if you’re like me, and are bad at checking your emails, don’t be surprised when you wake up and you have no water. The complex should really be called “Waterless Chase”. The laundry machines are horrible and never work as well as there’s residents who go around and are throw dog poop in people’s clean clothes! (a resident posted that in the Waterchase fb group). The office staff have no clue what customer service is. They are all incredibly rude and the office manager is one for setting an example to her employees. I think they all need to redo their training course and learn what customer service is. Oh and there’s a cute little Waterchase apartment Facebook group too, but be careful joining because there’s office workers who are in the group and know everything that it is said between residents and neighbors."
"Maintenence team goes above and beyond. Parking could be better especially in front of building 4. Calls answered in timely manner. My building (4) is quiet as everyone has lived in the building quite awhile. I've lived here over 10 years and it's hard to beat the rent price. My apt just got remodeled and the new finishes are awesome and I have more counter space as the microwave is now above the stove."
"The place, not terrible. But could be better. But the parking is a joke. This is how they park on this site. Then get mad at someone for parking too close when thats not my problem. All i can say is good luck. They didnt do anything about it except say dont park next to them if thats how they parked. But then the last pic is a few months later when they showed thier ability of driving. They dont know how to read or something. And they sure dont enfore the issues at all or they wouldn't continue. Others in photos are more cars that think they're better than everyone else and dont get fules enforced upon them. Update. Parking has gotten worse and they still do not enfore the rules on the property. All the others i talk to in the area see the ones who are aloud to break the rules without consequences. Must be nice to do whatever you want and get away with it while everyone sees how big of a lazy, self centered, person they are. Must be too far to park in the parking spots instead of the spot which is labeled 2 times with no parking."
"Very thankful for the sweet ladies in the office; Georgiana, Amy and Tracy. Again AMAZING ladies. As for maintenance, They are extremely helpful and down to earth people, especially Carlos. Very nice upkeep of the property and pools. Hammocks are a bonus too. The car care center is very beneficial and convenient. Overall a great apartment complex to live at."
