"My wife and I have lived in The Muranos since year 1. Things have been good for the most part. But recently (12/24) there was a small grease fire in my building (3rd FL) that caused the sprinklers to activate. as a result the elevator was put out of commission. There was extensive water damage that required generators and vents to be cut into the floors and dry the place up. That was 23 days ago and the elevator is still not functioning. No respectable elevator company has to wait this long for a part. I have friends in the business who repair elevators and have told me this is not on the elevator company. Furthermore, no one seems to know what is going on with the repair. The maintenance man has told me he has no idea what's going on. The office is not communicating to us what is being done to get it running. Not one email detailing the status of the repair or updating us about any progress. I'm not to pleased with the office personnel right now. They email us about office being closed, but not about the status of the elevator. I'm on the 4th floor and my wife, who has to use the stairs every day is handicapped. Also, there is a leak in the ceiling in my hallway. I reported this to the office a month ago. They've done nothing. The ceiling is still peeling away. Next step is alerting the local news channel. This is an amenity that i pay for. If it's not at my disposal then my rent should be adjusted for it. Get the elevator fixed. I don't want to hear about insurance adjusters. That's not my problem. Pay the people to fix it and wait on the check yourself. The 2 stars represent how i feel now. I've given this place reviews in the past and it was much higher. do things right and I'll be happy to adjust this."
"Much has changed in this community since the administration changed. I have almost been living here for 3 years and I am witness to how it has been declining. It's concerning that all the three gates remain broken for weeks, the grill spends months without working, the common areas are deteriorating, and there are an increasing number of cats and even a chicken in the pool area (what the hell). It seems there is no longer anyone to maintain order in the pool area, and there are disturbances like loud screams and music until late at night. We miss what Murano used to be!!"
"This is how we are righ now!!!!With just a little bit of rain! This is every time is raining ! We already make 3 different work orders since last year first time they just came and paint the wall , second time I went in person to the leasing office I even show them pictures and they do nothing third time we submit another work order and nothing they call us saying somebody is gonna be coming to the apartment we wait the all day and nobody show! We paid a lot of money in this “ luxury apartment” for live in this conditions??? I don’t think it’s fair!!! This is INSANE! We have a waterfall coming through the window and nobody CARE! I hope somebody do something about it for the love of god!"

"**Update** Thank you for fixing the sprinklers and cleaning up the mess from the storm. This place is great. However when I come home every night after work, the sprinklers are on and aimed straight at the gate machine where you have to place your keycard.. so I get soaked and so does my car, which I like to keep clean and the hard water drenches me and stains my car. Please fix. Also, there was a storm a couple days ago which blew a small tree over into a parking spot (which would likely damage a vehicle that would have been parked there) and it’s still lying there taking up precious parking spaces. For a luxury complex, where we pay a premium for, these instances are laughable and goes to show that there is no regard for our well spent money."
