"Kudos to the leasing office team at MAA Sand Lake! We moved in just recently and have had a very positive experience. Michelle, Patti and Ciara have all been truly exceptional! They went the extra mile in making sure we landed on the right unit and had a great start. What set them apart is their friendly and helpful approach throughout. Jorge in maintenance is terrific too. The property itself is unique with great views of the lake, the nicely kept club areas, and the calm atmosphere being away from the main road. Delighted to be here!"

"I’ve lived here for about 6 months and even though property management changed, the new management takes care of the residents. Haven’t had a complaint. I have good neighbors. Plenty of pets around so make sure you are a dog person or at least not afraid of them! Maintenance is great. I placed an order last night (battery replacement for door fob) and it got taken care of this morning! Jorge Vento, the maintenance supervisor is a great guy and whenever you see him around the grounds will say hi. Great place to live at!"

"I lived here for over a year. The property staff.. Michelle, Emilee, and Pattie were kind and courteous in promptly resolving issues when they arose. I’d often stop by for a chat over coffee and noticed that they always went the extra mile to make residents feel at home. My pups got extra attention and treats whenever Emilee was around, and he would excitedly make a beeline towards the office after our walks. The dog park was huge, complete with a full obstacle course. Maintenance resolved requests diligently. My experience was wonderful and I am kicking myself for not renewing, not to mention the gorgeous views of Sand Lake which is not something I’ve seen at any other apartments."

"It’s been a few months living here at Jefferson sand lake. Lovely amenities and comfort and most importantly, the quietness of the neighborhood while being centric to everything around town. Certain areas of the building are finishing up and they look amazing. Fire pit, yoga zone. The gym is perfect for what I need it for and well equipped. The pool feels like you’re in Monaco. When needing a service request, prompt action is taken and done efficiently. The team from Megan, Suzy, Patty and Colton, are great and helpful when needing support. Very happy with my choice and my unit."
