"When we moved in, we loved this place. But after nonstop bugs (we have tried everything) we have hit our limit. The fire alarm goes off almost weekly at this point. Any gust of wind and rain and its going off. We have pets and there are kids in this building as well. It is traumatizing to be awoken from deep sleep multiple times a month because of a fire alarm. It is so screechingly loud, which is great if there's an actual emergency, but clearly there is not as the firefighters come turn it off immediately every time. People don't even leave the building anymore because it happens so often, so good luck if there ever is an emergency. We are constantly on high alert now, waiting for it to go off again and it is exhausting. Don't live here unless you want to have your rent raised excessively and traumatize your pets and yourself."
"Forget peaceful gym sessions at The Courtney! Brace yourself for blaring TVs, even when no one's watching. This is just the latest example of their disregard for residents' well-being. Years of voicing concerns have been met with silence, and now even basic comforts like quiet enjoyment are sacrificed for nonsensical "policies." Do your research and choose a community that values its residents and their peace of mind."
"Nice property, & I was even more impressed with the customer service. Cameron gave us a tour and was so patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was very informative and made sure all of our needs were going to be met in our new home. Highly recommended!"
"Looking from the outside I thought it was a cute complex .What made this location so special to me was Vanessa. She was very attentive and caring. She helped me with any & all questions I had. She honestly needs a raise because no other apartment complex took their time with me like she did. Thank you Vanessa ❤️"
