"I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a friend who lives in a horribly mismanaged community. From the moment I arrived, I was shocked by the amount of trash and debris scattered throughout the property. As I made my way to my friend's unit, I noticed broken elevators and poorly maintained hallways. But the most disappointing aspect of my visit was the behavior of the community workers. Despite the obvious issues, I did not see a single staff member attempting to clean up or address any of the problems. It seemed as though they were completely indifferent to the state of the community it's residents and it's guests. The only bright spot in this whole experience was the concierge. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist residents and guests. It was clear that they took pride in their job and genuinely cared about the well-being of the community. However, even their amazing service could not make up for the overall mismanagement and neglect of this community on top of that according to my friend apparently since the new management company came along the concierge has taken a down turn almost as if they were instructed to treat residents and guests like every other staff member i've encountered. As someone who values cleanliness and proper maintenance, I will not be visiting my friend in this community again. It is unacceptable for a community to be so poorly managed, and I cannot in good conscience support such negligence. I urge others to reconsider living or visiting this community until significant improvements are made."

"For a "luxury high-rise apartment," I would definitely have expected better. I have only been there for a year, but during the time we consistently had elevators not working, trash shoot out of order (cause insects to start accumulating in the hallways), and various cleaning issues in the lobby. You can tell their building is getting older, as the hallways and lobby area are constantly humid during wet/hot months (which is majority of the year here in Florida). The management company is probably the worst part, as they switched personnel during 2023 and now can't find documents/information in our file. I was told of upcoming rent increases taking place beginning in 2024, and my rent would have increased by +$300/month. I personally don't think the money is worth it to live here."

Kudos to the SkyHouse team for their hard work in creating a welcoming atmosphere. The high-rise apartments are exceptional, and the downtown Orlando location is unbeatable. State-of-the-art amenities, nearby shops, and a charming pocket park make this place a true delight. SkyHouse sets the standard for luxury living. Highly recommend!"

"I was hesitant on making this review, but the moving out process here has been the final straw. I had continual maintenance issues that never seemed to be addressed including a bug problem. The moving in and moving out process with the leasing office is truly miserable. Moving in, my apartment was not ready when it was supposed to be and we were told to wait because they hadn't had the opportunity to clean it. Moving out, the SkyHouse leasing team tried to charge me for floor damage that was noted by the manager upon move in. They changed the charges for me on my account and I paid the final amount due. Fast forward three months later and they send a DEBT COLLECTOR for the charges they reversed. I have been having to battle them on this for weeks now simply because they won't answer their phones. If you do decide to live here, TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! every document you give them, have a backup copy."
