"I currently live here..the gym maintenance does not exist. I haven't seen anyone clean it since I moved in. I'm being charged for trash that no one collects so I take it to the dumpster myself every single day. And when you complain about the high fees..the answer is always..the fees are mandatory...build maintenance is horrible. And they do nothing about late night parties after 11pm. Do your research before you come here. The fees are super high."
"Maintenance and service requests at Grand Reserve are handled quickly and professionally. Recently Ralph (aka Picasso) Guzman was scheduled for multiple service requests at my apartment. The issues were handled quickly and professionally and even those which required parts orders were monitored and return visits completed. Every service request I have had here has been the same. Excellent maintenance team."
"Had some issues with both bathrooms. Maintenance came out the very next day to address and fix the problems. The young man that performed the svc (R. Guzman) was professional and very knowledgeable of his craft. Recommend he gets lunch of his preference on the company."
"My 12 months in this awful complex is finally over, so I would like to share my experience. I toured and spoke to a very nice lady, then applied right after. Was approved to move in October 19th. I was "greeted" with confused looks from the office staff, and even more stares when I told them I was there to pick up my keys. They told me they didn't have anyone set for move in today. She grabs the manager, Tamara, who comes out and seems to be very confused also. She asked me who I spoke to and when I showed her the welcome letter I received with my move in date, she told me she didn't know who that person was. She told me that the apartment wasn't ready and that I would have to wait until the 21st. I went back to working 12 hour days and didn't have time, or help, to unpack the POD. The property manager then had the nerve to ask me when I was moving my POD from the parking lot because it was taking up spaces. Had I moved in on time, that wouldn't have been a problem. My dishwasher never worked. It leaves dishes with water spots, and a weird smell. Both toilets, sinks, and bathtubs clogged constantly. At one point, the water coming out of my sink was bright blue, when I called maintenance, they told me they didn't know what was causing it and proceeded to do NOTHING. The "renovations" caused drawers in the kitchen not to open because the stove is too big and blocks it. When I told this to maintenance during an inspection, they told me I just have to deal with it and open the stove to get the drawer open. My washer spun too fast and caused the entire washer to shake loudly and uncontrollably. Mold grew in the entire apartment and caused severe asthma/allergy issues for me. A few times, our water was turned off without notice. They have time and energy to send out mass emails advertising food trucks in the complex, but never a proper notice for important things. I lost my mailbox key and called the office to replace it. I asked how much it would cost, and they told me they didn't know and would call me back with an answer. No call back. A few days later I called to follow up. She told me the same thing. No call back. Finally I called again and with an attitude she asked me if i had paid and I said no? no one told me how much it was. She suddenly had an answer. I paid on the portal and they still hadn't called me to come get my key. I gave my notice to vacate the apartment, well ahead of my 60 days, and I had received 2 phone calls from some representative asking me if I want to renew, to which I responded no to twice and advised her that i already gave my notice. She told me twice she would notate that. During my very last month, they charged me a full month's rent, instead of the prorated rate, which meant they never notated my notice. There's always police circling the complex, a piece of my car mirror was stolen and when I spoke to the police officer to make a report, HE TOLD ME the complex has a serious drug issue. I've noticed cocaine bags all over the parking lot, sketchy people walking in and out, helicopters, loud music at 3am, etc. There are constantly blunt guts scattered around the hallway and black and mild tips thrown in front of my door. trash never gets picked up and their excuse is that raccoons tore up the bags after they've been sitting for 2 days, even though they had 2 days to pick it up. I am so tired of the incompetence and lack of courtesy and cooperation from the office staff, this is not a way to live under any circumstances. If you were thinking of moving here, don't. My new complex has really set a very high standard and has shown me what it's like to live in a community with management that actually cares about their residents."
"If you like huge roaches, roaches in your kitchen even if you clean every single day, loud neighbors, people taking your packages, then move here. This is the worst apartment complex ever. Pest control does not resolve any issues. I had to caulk the edges in the bathrooms & kitchen because they were open hoping that would resolve my pest issue. It did not. Oh & the garbage service.. they barely take out the garbage. Squirrels get into the garbage, bite the bags & thats there excuse to not pick up garbage. Run away. Don’t do it."
