"Relatively new property that has been well landscaped and maintained. A 55 and older, independent living complex. Competitively priced. Professional and caring staff. Residents have developed a community of caring neighbors. Lots of activities. Heated resort style pool. Exercise equipment always available. Game room and large theater room. Great resident dining club. Want to finally stop spending all your time taking care of your home, this could be the answer for you. It has been for me. I highly recommend you come check us out."
"This building is not a 55+ and older community, it is a retirement apartment. It has rapidly declined in cleanliness. Heated pool has been without heat for several months. Dog park is rarely cleaned. I was told management walks the grounds to check people pick up after their dogs; completely false. Gates to parking area frequently do not work which means you cannot get in or out; particularly a problem if you need to get to work. If residents did not plan activities, very little would take place; not what people are told when they move in. Management team are arrogant and unprofessional. Location has become a major traffic problem. The best part of living here is the maintenance team is exceptional!"
"Living in Overture Dr. Phillips is great! This is what a 55+ community should be. The facility is fabulous; the staff is very helpful and caring. The community is quiet and beautiful with lots of charming amenities like outside grills and TVs, etc. The only problem is the pool heater has been out of order now for eight or nine months. This should not be, because the pool situated inside the building's courtyard does not get enough sun during the day to warm the water for swimming. So, the water heater is critical. Beautiful pool to look at, but the water is too cold to really enjoy. I also miss a spa."
