"Bad management, I don't recommend it at all. I had problems renewing my contract, I was not treated well in the office and the manager did not know how to negotiate in a professional way. I will have to pay a penalty because of a confusing and non-objective renewal letter. In addition, the maintenance team closes the work orders without at least checking the request. I had an issue with my AC few months ago, they literally closed my request without checking. Inefficient resident portal. I sent an email for the management and I was answered a month later… Cleaning of bad common areas. Dead cockroaches are sometimes found by the corridors."

"The worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The management is unprofessional and rude. They have to work on their customers skills or get fired. Since I am moving out and gave the 2 months' notice, I have asked to pro-rate the rent. I have asked for about 3 weeks before my due date and they did not respond. I called them multiple times. No resolution. Probably I have to pay the full amount and then wait for them to return the portion of the rent. Who knows how long it is going to take considering their customer service "excellence". I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Garbage valet is actually garbage. Extremely poor and inconvenient. Walls is thin, cheap appliances, you can hear your Neighbours all the time. Security? Please... The gates are broken all the time, anyone can drive there. Overall, very bad, unpleasant experience. Stay away from this place. Or, and I forgot, when I request the manager and try to explain the situation, she simple hang up. Highly acceptable!"

"I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. “Luxury apartment” but the washers are cheap and outdated. The ventilation system is horrible, my carpet is moist and stinks. My items in my closet caught mold. The ac unit had mold on it which took them 3 months to clean and haven’t sent anyone out to check why. The management is rude when you’re right. The package system is a mess. The packages are always disorganized and a mess all over the floor. The elevators are dirty. The traffic in the area is not so great due to being near tourist area. Great high ceilings and Some views depending on the unit are nice :)"

"We also HATE living here. Terrible, especially for what they’re charging. Complex looks pretty, that’s about it. By far the most incompetent & unprofessional management team we’ve ever dealt with. Saw the main manager be flat out rude to a woman & her kids when we signed for having a legit concern.. missed the red flag. Huge regret. Who lives here and who’s on vacation… don’t know?! Management could care less cause they get paid either way. The amenities are always damaged & out of order, the complex is dirty & littered, gates & elevators brake repeatedly, and people party through all hours of the night leaving the place a mess. Cops have been here way more than you think they would. What else? The parking sucks. The walls are thin. There’s construction outside that starts at 6-7am. The carpet/halls reeks like trash, weed, and cigarettes. The latch system breaks constantly. And nothing ever gets resolved. Expect to sign your lease and grit your teeth through whatever you get stuck with. Staff are blatantly attempting to bury the honest resident reviews on here & have even tried to solicit 5 star reviews from people. How about spend more energy maintaining the property you’re supposed to be managing, then you wouldn’t have to worry so much about reviews. Agree with whoever said “not sure the last time the floors were cleaned,” our unit was a joke when we moved in, like this property."
