"I was a tenant for 3 years, I notified them that my ex wife. My daughter’s mother committed suicide and I would be leaving the state. This was 90 days prior to lease expiring. I asked what the fee would be if I leave sooner than the full lease. They were fully aware I am not extended and will be vacating. This was 8/2/23. Then on 9/23/23 I advised I will be vacating. They were very well aware I was not extending my lease. I paid my full months rent as well as the last 3 days. They never did a walkthrough with me. Then all the sudden they say I did not provide 60 days notice to vacate and have issued a fee of $2162."

"I have been living here for a year and we renewed for another year, you can see the changes with the new administration but I want to highlight the professionalism of Nahiomy, the assistant manager, she is really incredible, she always helps you with whatever the situation is, the door Her office is always open for residents, the people in the office are also super professional but Mara is the best, she also solves everything for you and is very friendly. It really is the best condo in the area. If you want to live quiet, safe and where everything is close by, don't hesitate to move here!"

"Loving in this place was a nice experience until my contract until. I used the app to inform that I won’t renewed the contract, the same app used to make a payment, request service etc. But to my surprise I received a call asking me about the renewed, I explained that I was sent through the app and I was sent some emails no one was responding as well… Resuming, after some time I receive a call charging a 2.200 first it was about a damage and after about a writing notice, now after a year a figured out that they open a dispute about this amount without give me an opportunity go solved it. I will file them. If you have a choice avoid this place."

"I would like to share what happened to me. I lived in this place for a year, and everything was fine until then. Towards the end of my contract, I used their app to inform them that I would not continue. I had not been living there for over 60 days when, a few days later, they called us asking for another installment. We asked why, and they claimed it was due to damage to the apartment. We proved through photos and videos that everything was in order. Then, we received another call saying they would notify us after the deadline. We went there several times to talk to them and realized they were trying everything they could to charge us an extra installment. My husband explained that we had sent a written notice in advance that we would not continue, but they hadn't seen it due to poor management. I express my indignation here because we always paid on time, and on the day we delivered the house, they did this. Be very careful with this management. We already have a lawyer to help us reverse this injustice."

"Horrible place to stay. Within a couple of months of us moving in the compactor broke and trash was over flowing all over the ground. Now they removed the compactor and you have to travel to the other side of the complex. We pay over $2,000 a month to now having to put the trash in my car and drive to the other side pass the office. So ridiculous! My car got broken into, someone bust my passenger window, glass was everywhere. Never in my life has my car been broken into. I sent an email to the manager at the front office to let them know. They never replied. The front office doesn’t care about you at all. The next month my neighbor car got broken into. This place is not safe at all. Our building caught fire, and we had to be out of our apartment for 5 days. We paid for a hotel out of pocket for those 5 days. We just had paid rent and the manager never once gave us credit to our account for being out of our apartment or reimbursed us for paying for hotels. They told us we can break our lease to find another place because they didn’t know how long we were going to be out of apartment. We found a place and the manager lied and said they never told us that. If we moved, we would be charge with early termination fees. This place is a joke, they are all about money. They don’t care about you as a resident that’s for sure. Run as fast as you can the other way. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!"
