Their efforts are greatly appreciated."

"Worst place that I ever lived, apartment with problems every month, every week you will see a U-haul truck in and out. They are low staff leasing office and maintenance take forever to taker care whatever you need. I believe the views here are fake or from employees that live in site. I don’t recommend and I will never come back after my lease finish. Your bedroom can be by the stairs and you won’t sleep well because of the noise going through the wall, from anyone that uses the stairs. They come inside your unit without any notice anytime they want even when you tell not to go in. I have black mold in my unit and even I post several requestes they didn’t fix it. GFCI going bad every other month. Walls are really bad painted. In my building is going on a dog pop fright between neighbors throwing dog pop in the corridor every week. I’ll move down the street for a newer unit for same price. I’m tired to request a maintenance for a pest control and they reply with atitute, I know I won’t get my deposit back after this post but I have to be honest and save you guys the headache. Gym equipment is old and some are damage. For a gated community and for this price get a email saying vehicle break-ins and a vehicle theft are normal and they are no responsible for anything and can’t do nothing about it is ridiculous in my opinion. If you decided to move In just be aware, this is my experience here. I live here right now. My bathtub was peeling on my moving date. If you decide to live in the first floor your patio will be flooded when rains and neighbors upstairs will droop trash out of the balcony. I’m tired of this place."

"Eduardo Andrade did an amazing job, he showed up, was very respectful, did what he needed to do quick and as quietly as possible. (Replace window covers) Didn’t complain about the lack of space he had to work on due to my house being a mess and friendly too. One of the best technicians that have showed up to fix stuff"

"This is my second year living at MAA. The first year was not too great because of my roommate situation. I went to the office multiple times to let them know what was going on but they said there was nothing they could do. This year has been so much better! Now that I’ve gotten my roommate situation handled, I can actually enjoy the apartment. It’s beautiful here, and the apartments are very modern and up to date. Walking around the lake at sunset time has become one of my favorite pastimes. The staff is friendly, the amenities are great, and the maintenance team responds fairly quickly. If you have ANY issues at all, just reach out and they will do their best to help."

"This is our third unit here at MAA Heather Glen. This is a safe, clean, well maintained community. It has a strong management staff lead by Mrs. Denise Vencenti and skillful, knowledgeable and swift maintenance team lead by Mr. Duony. The landscape is beautiful and calming. It is routinely maintained and kept clean by its friendly and skillful maintenance team. To add, we went through many hurricanes and so far our roofs held strong and flooding did not reach us. The roofs, hallways and staircase are washed and cleaned routinely. There are issues like every place however the reason why I kept renewing here is that your issue is their issue and they will be patient with you and respectful to your concerns. Things are taken care of immediately and I hope that you will feel at ease, safe and like family like I do here at MAA Heather Glen. No I am not giving 5 stars to please MAA. Like I said this is my third unit and I stay because of the reasons above. Kudos to Mr. Wilson and Mr. Randdy from maintenance team without exaggeration they treat the issues in your place like it's their own issue at their own home. Finally, you are literally close to everything and everywhere in Orlando area and Hunter's Creek which is one of the best areas here in Orlando."
